The handsome teppan room magnificently transcends the typical teppanyaki experience with floor-to-ceiling windows framing postcard views of cascading waterfalls and sparkling lagoons. Eight spacious cooking stations are available, accommodating a total of 64 guests. Mizumi's exclusive semi-private dining room offers a more intimate setting for your gathering. The crimson decor theme is enhanced by a fanciful display of hand painted and gilted Japanese fans. A maximum of 14 guests may be accommodated at one rectangular table. Mizumi's signature floating pagoda offers a truly unique al fresco dining experience at the foot of a coursing waterfall.

Saké is an alcoholic beverage brought to us from 3rd century Japan and crafted from rice. The four crucial elements involved in brewing saké begin with pure water, yeast, fine rice and koji. The food was good but portion sizes quite small. Nice ambiance. Service was good except our main waiter Anthony. He pretty much ignored us at the end and we had to wait forever for our bill. Wanted to tip the other helpers as they were great but apparently they split the tips up.

Very expensive for the food. I’ve travelled to Japan many times and eaten at a lot of Japanese restaurants in a lot of cities. The food is good but not excellent. Expensive for what it is.

Exquisite restaurant. Would have rated 5 stars across the board, but they did not honor our confirmed Open Table reservation. We waited 45 minutes and ate at the bar, which turned out to be fabulous. The food and service were as good as it gets. Very unique combinations and beautiful presentation. Highly recommend.

Very poor service. I made a reservation months ago through OpenTable and two days before our reservation the restaurant called and told us they had a private function and could not accommodate us. Leaving us last minute without a reservation. The restaurant said they could accommodate us at another restaurant in Wynn and NEVER got back to me to confirm our reservation. We flew 3100 km to Vegas for this experience and are extremely disappointed. Surely if there was a private function the restaurant would have known more than 2 days in advance and could have helped me out better.

We dined at Mizumi on April 13th at 9:30pm for my fiancé’s birthday dinner and this was the best EXPERIENCE we could have wished for! From the moment the hostess walked us down the passageway to the floating pagoda located on the water beside a gorgeous waterfall to all things food, beverage and EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER by WOO!! WOO went above and beyond taking care of us by devoting time and effort with helping us choose our course selections. He checked on us often, made sure our food was cooked and plated with perfection, personally fixed our plates at the table repeatedly as he observed when we were almost finished with each course, and he is the NICEST PERSON you could have tend to you as a dinner guest! WOO gave my fiancé two complimentary birthday desserts, lit candle included, and he genuinely loves nurturing the dining experience for guests. We ordered 6 or 7 items not including various drinks from the menus and all were oh my goodness DELICIOUS! Not to forget to mention this is a one SUPER GORGEOUS RESTAURANT. We will be back and we are definitely going to request WOO. ♥️

Impressive Sushi Food: The highest quality food prepared with perfection - Appetizers: the sashimi plate: chef’s daily selection of premium sashimi from Japan, is excellent way to try different of the top raw items The wagyu gyosa dumpling is amazing. The best of its kind The scallop tataki shrimp roll is my favorite. Creamy and flavorful The crispy rice spicy tune nigeri is OK The Dobin Mushi soup is beyond excellent. A truly perfect soup. The regular miso soup is just regular. - Entrée/main dishes: the Kobe beef on the hot stone is a must try. - Desserts: Yuzu & Passionfruit soufflé is amazing. The roasted chestnut “mont-Fuji” is good and very light. Drinks: extensive sake list for all palates and budgets. Service: very attentive and helpful. Very fast service. Ambience/atmosphere: We were accommodated in the best outdoor table; Table #503. The perfect spot at the corner beside the fountain. Value: Expensive, but the price matches the quality. And taste of course Overall rating: 5 out of 5. Recommendations: Best sushi place outside Japan. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing. Ambience is truly unique and the big glass windows that look upon the Zen style pond and forest is like nothing I've ever seen in a restaurant. My girlfriend and I are big sushi fans, we both thought this was the best Japanese food we had ever had. Place is not cheap, nothing in the Wynn or on Las Vegas Blvd. is, so reserve for a special occasion, but truly worth it. The wagu gyoza is truly devine!

The atmosphere is amazing. Prices run somewhat high for quality of food. We were disappointed because we ordered chef’s choice sushi platter. It’s $98 and 2 of the pieces of the 11 sushi were egg! What?!? We were shocked. Overall experience was amazing! Passion fruit soufflé was to die for. ❤️

The length of time it took them to bring the orders were unacceptably long. Two people in our party at around 5:30. Not a busy night on a weekday. It took 20 minutes after placing orders to get edamame and 40 to 50 minutes for the remaining order. The orders were nothing that would require the extra time.
