    Another late lunch early dinner planned today. Happy hour in full force. The seafood chowder is delicious! The ahi poke was tuna on a bed of guacamole, meh.

    Awesome find! And pleasantly surprised to find such quality restaurant in a Hotel 🤩 Everything was excellent...so much so we went back a second night!! Mixology at the bar is FANTASTIC 🍸🍹 Food is fresh, creative and delicious... Service excellent 👌

    Tried the restaurant for restaurant week. The ceviche was good but for a $35 menu I was disappointed that it was only 2 courses where other restaurants had 3. The restaurant was too loud, the kitchen took forever to get 2 courses out -90 mins+ and I was very disappointed w the main course (shrimp & grits) that was drowned in a poor red sauce. The ceviche was decent and the hazelnut chocolate mousse was delicious. The bar was the outlier in the whole experience - efficient, good cocktail menu and made excellent drinks.

    Waitress didn't remember a member of our party ordered dessert. We never got our appetizer. We had to reminder the server twice about a member of our party's drink order. Not because it was waiting at the bar, but because she never put it in. Very surprising poor service during restaurant week.

    Not the best setting for a business meeting. Food reasonably priced but just ok, service was haphazard (place was full on a Monday night), and very noisy. I would definitely come back for the happy hour oysters, though.

    My department was on a work trip from Texas. We work looking for a higher end and unique seafood restaurant for a business dinner. Tidal was brilliant! There were inventive options for seafood that we don’t get in south Texas. The service was professional and accommodating for our large group!

    Stephanie, a server in the dining room, was incredible. So welcoming, kind and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. You can tell the ingredients are top tier and picked with love. Highly recommend.

    Tidal+ is our favorite restaurant to start a visit in Seattle after a trip down from Bellingham. They have very good wines, and food, and this latest visit was excellent! The beet salad was incredible - a mix of flavor we didn't think could really work - we loved it. Everything was excellent. (Note - Saturday evening is very busy, if you want quiet, do early Friday by 5PM.)

    Really disappointing food. Then the bill came adding insult to injury 🫣 I can recommend the salmon dip and oysters and rosè wine. Don’t waste time on a cocktail, bread “platter” or fish and chips or cold fries. Very expensive for a mediocre experience at best. But I will admit I am picky. I will pay a lot of money but I expect excellence. Even with your fish n chips (this IS Seattle, there are standards/expectations for your fish n chips!) soggy from the get go is NOT okay!

    We made a reservation at Tidal+ before an event at the Paramount Theater, which is convieniently located between the Paramount Parking Garage and the theater. Both the service and food was great. 3 of us had the fish and chips which was quite the surprise. It consisted of a large single fillet in a very nice tempura style. The seasoned fries were also very good. Our other guest had the burger, which he also raved about. This was our first visit to this restaurant and was a pleasant surprise. We will return.

    Food was ok. Not great. Portions on the small side. A side of asparagus had only 4 pcs of asparagus. I really didn't like how they added 18% service charge and then charged tax on the service charge. I won't be going back.

    Slow service, but friendly and courteous. Wine list is limited. Felt like we were eating in a cafeteria. Close to Paramount Theater, so that's a plus. Neighbor area felt safe and attractive.

    This is our go to spot for dinner before our season tickets at the Paramount. This is the 2nd time we've had the same server who has literally made us late for the show. We had reservations at 5:45pm, things were moving along well until 6:30pm. She forgot our drinks and we had to ask for them twice. I ordered a dessert at 6:30pm, it arrived close to 7pm. I had to ask for our tab 3 times and was getting anxious when it hadn't arrived by 7:15pm. I even told her we had tickets to the show. She said, oh it's not until 7:30 though and it's only one block away. Which I replied, there's a long line because they have to check vax cards and ID. I love coming to Tidal, food was great, lovely atmosphere but very frustrating to have to keep asking for items and again, this was the 2nd time we've been late to the show with this server.

    Dinner before a show at the Paramount. Great location for that. Service was just ok. 4 of us were seated at a table near the bar and apparently the bar tender was our server, so he did come over after awhile, and was nice enough. I wonder if they are understaffed? We've been there before, and the food was also not as good as I remembered. The lobster mac n cheese had almost no lobster in it and not a very big portion of pasta even. The scallops were the best, but for the price, 3 scallops and a bit of arugula seemed small. Fish n chips seemed too heavily battered. The smoked salmon salad was uninspired. It was just an OK meal.

    The ceviche appetizer, recommended by the waiter, did not taste fresh, particularly the shrimp component of the two. And contrary to the waiter’s description, there was no corn mash. Overall it was very ordinary. The entree special (black cod) was outstanding, including the parsnip purée. The dessert selection was disappointing, and the dark chocolate raspberry cake that we ordered tasted like gelatin. Also, it took some 20 minutes to arrive.

    We enjoyed the food at Tidal very much. Service was excellent. The music was too loud and the wine list pretty bare bones. The city/state adds a 15% service charge (we are from out of state) and diners are still expected to tip on top of that, so it gets a bit expensive with all of that. Overall it was a nice dinner out.

    Delicious seafood - the oysters and clams were delicious - the ceviche was amazing - the baked salmon entree was ok. And they served it quickly so we were on time for our show at the Paramount. Loved it!

    Our server was great. Good wine and beer prices on happy hour. My husband really liked the chowder and smoked salmon salad. I thought the lobster Mac and cheese lacked lobster. Overall it tasted good but I prefer a white sauce.

    Limited selection but that is probably because no one visits during this covid2-19 wave. I was one of only two customers. Really expensive ($75 for pasta & 2 glasses of wine) though food was average. On top of this mandatory 20% tip, which alot of Seattle restos do as well, on top of 15/hr employees already get. So another thing out of control of the customer. I think the business model of these sit down restaurants downtown is broken, I will stay elsewhere on my next visit again on my next trip to Seattle.

    This restaurant was super disappointing!! The food was super mediocre, super expensive, and the service was subpar. Despite there being hardly anyone in the restaurant and having a reservation, we waited about 15 minutes to be seated and another 30 for our food, even though we only ordered appetizers. Additionally, our waitress was distracted and chatting with what seemed to be her friends at another table almost the entire time. Needless to say we went to Shake Shack after for a real dinner.

    The food was good. The service was very slow. We shared small plates and asked for another order of salmon cakes and it took over 30 minutes to get them and we had a show to go to so had to take them to go
