   Dined at Vaso for Mothers Day brunch, the food was outstanding. Unfortunately the “experience” was missing or lacking in many elements outlined within the advertised details on Vaso’s social media sites and within the OpenTable experience description where the reservation was booked. There was supposed to be a Build-your-own flower bar, this wasn’t anywhere to be found. There was supposed to be bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary’s available and these also were not available or perhaps just not offered by our “server.” The staff working seemed to be spread thin, waited for quite a while for our refills which we only ordered after prompting our server that we needed assistance and again had to seek out staff to request our check. Tables were left very dirty, in fact the table we were seated at had 3 out of 4 dirty chairs with remnants of the prior occupants meals. We reserved a high top table and were seated at a low table in the middle of the restaurant away from all windows, outdoor dining was unavailable for reservations yet the restaurant indicated it would be available on a first come first serve basis, when asked they indicated this was not open at the time. For the price paid, this was very lackluster: the only positive is that the food was delicious and readily available. For a holiday and an advertised experience such as this, I’d have expected more!

   We attended a ticketed event with a brunch buffet and the food tasted fine but was cold. For paying $100/ person (after gratuity & tax) and being there a half hour after they opened, being served cold food is completely unacceptable and disappointing. The staff and ambiance was great per usual. Everything else, underwhelming at best.

   This place is definitely just for the atmosphere . Don’t get me wrong the drinks were good but the food is more shared plates and very small portions for the price.

   One of the best happy hours in Columbus!! Great quality food! Good drinks, the gin and tonic or old fashioned would be my recommendation. Great views of bridge park and old Dublin.

   1st time here for my wife and I. Overall a good experience. Food was good. Definitely enjoyed a few dishes better than others. Great views and ambiance

    There was nothing on the booking site that told me the patio was closed. The only reason why I booked was to be outside up on the rooftop. It was my daughter’s birthday and we only went for the views that were seen from inside a window it wasn’t what I was expecting. The happy hour wine was terrible and the small plates were overpriced
