   The atmosphere was good. The chef lacked enthusiasm. The food was good but not the best. I expected more.

   This place was just okay. Super over priced for mediocre hibachi. Not the best about you’ve ever had and probably would not go back.

   The food was delicious however this time we were quite disappointed in the show and in our server. We have gone many, many times and this visit was less than their best. It may of been the chef we had at our table or the slow server response time but my family and I expected so much more.

   Waiter Preston was excellent. Polite and attentive. Chef was very professional and cooked our food perfectly. The Plano location is far superior to the Addison location. We went to Addison a few weeks ago and it was awful. Food undercooked, some vegetables forgotten, and we had to ask twice for the sauces. There was a couple who was friends with the waiter at our table and they clearly received better service than we did. Plano is the best location. Ask for Preston!

   we loved dining here. just a party of 2 paired with a party of 3, the chef was great and did all the gimmicky jokes for a group of 5 adults. we all loved it

   The filet was delicious. The chef actually had us all taste a piece before he completed each prototype ensure it was done properly.

   The service and food were great! We haven’t been in awhile and were shocked by the increased prices. Definitely not a place you can afford to take the family other than on special occasions.

    I highly recommend Sunday lunch at Benihana’s. It’s more quiet and relaxed than later in the day. Food and service are fabulous, as always, but you really get that one on one attention everyone desires these days. Manager is always friendly and comes by to say hello.
