My daughter & I were celebrating my birthday. The food and entertainment was great.The hibachi shrimp and scallops were tasty. Loved our cook Alfredo.

They no longer offer their lunch me at lunch time. Very disappointed by this, as we’ve Ben coming here for over 30 years and this change just happened around 3 weeks ago we were told. Another couple there at our table got up and left when they found out. We almost did too.

Very, very slow service. We waited over an hour for the chef to start. The server only came back to refill drinks once and never asked if we needed anything else. Did not bus extra dishes until we asked and it was difficult to maneuver with 3 young children in our group. The room we were in was insanely hot because of the grill but had no a/c or ventilation to keep it comfortable. All in we were there for 2 hours and it was a very sad birthday experience.

Our waiter Austin was amazing. He took care of 14 of us. He made sure we had fun. He presented the menu to everyone and helped us place orders. He was extremely helpful and attentive. We had 2 chefs - Jace was very energic, funny and made it an amazing experience for all the ppl in our group that had never been to Benihana. If you want the best experience request Jace as your chef. He will not disappoint you. Overall, we had a great experience, enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

In the past, we would always take our family to Benihana and loved it. But this time, one of my grandchildren was having a birthday and we took the family there for lunch. The luncheon room was fine and we were seated with another set of family. the waitress was very nice and was very prompt Near everything but then the food was terrible. He had no idea of what he was doing. He played with the food, trying to make funny things and none of it was very funny by the time we got her food it was cold and all tasted terrible. The other family totally agreed And no one took any food home. I guess I will have to spend my birthday money with my family at another restaurant because we all decided we’re not coming back there. We’ve been coming there since opened years ago and we won’t be coming back.

We always enjoy Benihana. The food and experience outstanding. Only negative is that we waited an hour and fifteen minutes before our chef showed up.

Went for birthday celebration and they didn’t even have ice cream. Food was good. Chef was marginal. Server was a bit snippy. It’s just not as good as it used to be. One in our party said they wouldn’t return.

They do their best to try to keep the room school, but the hallway ends up being freezing in the dining area ends up being too hot

Was a good night they were busy due to Father’s Day but got us seating in a timely manner. We requested Arece and he prepared our food it was delicious and as always he is a great chef. Another great evening

I had reservations at 7 PM and they were behind a hour and a half so I didn’t get to sit down until like an hour and a half later. The cook or chef didn’t do good at all and I eat here all the time and it was just terrible. I am calling corporate today when I get off work.
