   Our waitress was so beautiful and helpful. I didn't catch her name but she was super attentive.

   Our server (don’t recall his name) was amazing. Wasted no time taking orders, and bringing out the drinks! He also made sure that everyone’s order was correct before the chef came out. Henry was our chef and he made the food amazing. Perfectly seasoned and the steak cook just right. I’m allergic to shellfish so he cooked all the seafood last. This was a great experience as I was celebrating my birthday 🎉. Next time I’m there I will request Henry again!

   Great food but the server was not very attentive, I have had better experience at this restaurant. Was a bit disappointed…. The chef was great .

   Service was very slow it took forever for the chef to come to our table, waitress forgot drink order.

   We were not seated until around 6:40pm when we had a reservation at 5:00pm. Our last two guests arrived at 5:20pm. Ridiculous to wait over an extra hour.

   Made reservations for 8pm for my daughter’s birthday and didn’t get seated until after 9pm. Kept getting the run around from Xavier the hostess and all 3 worthless managers were walking around clueless. Every so called manager gave me a different excuse, one I left speechless that he couldn’t answer my questions and walked away from me. Then the hostess wants to argue with my daughter about his lies and misinformation about the wait time. Managers didn’t care and need training in customer service and appointment management.

    The dinner was delicious, as always. The service was great and we almost had no waiting time. I also received a birthday gift coupon which was very appreciated. Will we go back to the Miramar Benihana? Absolutely!
