    The chef was too slow and appeared nervous and unsure of what he was doing . He burnt the lobster and scallops. You could tell the other people at the table were not happy. At the end, the chef claimed it was his 2nd day, however , the waitress confirmed that he’s been there for months . This was the poorest visit of the many times I’ve been there .

    Timothy was AMAZING! Great service, very friendly, personable and outgoing. He made my birthday dinner a fantastic experience. Ordered my usual, Rocky's Choice and it didn't disappoint. Chef was entertaining as always and the food was delicious.

    There is a Fusion steakhouse in Washington Pa. ... Hibachi style dining. There is a bigger selection at Fusion. Food tastes better ... they use more than just butter and lemon. The portions are much bigger. The prices are cheaper. Lastly, they give a better "show". Was disappointed in Benihana.

    Chef was very good but a bit too much butter and prefer my fried rice bowl right side up. I like it cooked first not last so we can start eating while chef is making rest of hibachi. Waitress was amazing!!!!! Miss the pictures at the end and lit candle in my icecream for my birthday dinner. I have almost 15 years of Benihana photos in frames but seems to have stopped after covid. June 12th

    Waiter spilled pop and water all over my daughter and granddaughter. Restaurant should have given a discount! Daughter cloths and shoes were soaking wet!

    Had a birthday dinner with a party of 14. Everyone loved their meal. I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience.

    Was longer than usual - we were there for 2 hours. Seemed like the waitress was a little overwhelmed because 2 other staff members were helping with our table and table next to us.

    Visiting as we don't have a Benihana in our state. My favorite restaurant. Immediately was told they had no Plum Wine and had been out for months. Shrimp tempura was returned, the waitress informed us that they had a new cook. She easily took the item off the bill. The table chef was on day two, did a great job. We shared that it was my birthday, but received no acknowledgment from the waitress.
