never a disappointment when we come here! our experience was better because of two outstanding people! our server Tony! he took such good care of our party! went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was memorable! then there was Chef Jazz! we absolutely LOVE him! he is outstanding and entertaining a true gem! thank you both for making my 65th birthday celebration as amazing as it was!

They refused to honor our reservation. They said we would have to wait around 90 minutes to get seated. Their excuse was that corporate keeps taking reservations despite going beyond capacity limits.

We had 6:30pm rez and were told when we got there that there was an hour and 30 min wait. No call or text ahead of time. They said that Open Table overbooked their reservations and had previously done the same thing to them on Valentine’s Day. We were finally seated at 8:00pm and did not even get drinks until 8:30pm. We ended up getting a manager discount only after we asked for it and only at that time did they apologize for the situation. Do better Open Table and Benihana.

We were seated 90 minutes after reservation time. Had to nudge them a lot. Manager was nice. Got us California rolls. It was a long night. Not very pleasant.

Had a 6 pm reservation that was confirmed by the restaurant. Showed up early to be told 1:30-1:45 hour wait! The most ridiculous part was they were still taking reservations on Open Table for the whole night and they were running almost 2 hours behind! You know how many tables you have why would a restaurant over book! Horrible!

The food is amazing. The experience was great except for we were seated an hour and a half late and then some for a 5:30 reservation we didn’t get seated until 7:10 and did not get out of there until 9:45. Having driven two hours just to get there and have numerous disabled family members wait that long was outrageous. Corporate needs to stop over booking. They treat their staff horribly. I waited 40 min for a drink after being seated.

This past fathers day was a mess , I had a reservation for 2 at 4:45 and we were not seated until 6:30 not only that but they were out of many things on the menu and also the portions are a lot smaller but bill was higher , horrible experience.

The wait was crazy with reservations! They were running 1 to 11/2 hours behind. The staff was putting on their best smiles and trying. It’s a corporate issue! Corporate stop overbooking on holidays!!!! It’s ruining many people’s special day! By the time people get seated, they are heated and it’s hard to enjoy!
