   Fun experience if you have never been before but the novelty wears after a few times. The chefs are still impressive, it’s just very loud and not as quaint as it once was.

   Avoid on weekends/holidays. we had a 6:15pm reservation and didnt get seated until 7:45pm and didnt finish dinner untiil close to 9:30pm!

   I made reservations for Mothers Day and they were having us and others wait over an hour to get seated. It was awful! We decided to leave after 1.5hr wait

   It was Mother’s Day so understandably busy, however they were delayed a whole hour+ for those WITH reservations. You can tell everyone was doing their best, but at some point someone made a decision that created this snow ball effect of being behind that bad. Food was delicious of course, Marcelo or Marcelino was our chef and was fantastic

   Waited over an hour with a booked reservation. They were still attempting to accept walk ins when they were already behind. We’re quoting 20-30 minutes behind when it was more like an hour to an hour and a half. Our appetizers also came after our food which only arrived because we had to remind the server and a manager. Terrible holiday experience

   First time at Benihana. The food was ok but pricey for the amount of food served. Our chef was good and took care of us. Since this is Mother's day, we felt so rushed as there were a lot of people waiting. We are still eating but waiters were already cleaning up so we had to rush and finish our food. We were only there for about an 50 mins to an hour.

   Mothers Day Reservations @ 6:15 seated at 7:15. Besides the long wait the experience was fair and expected

   This is a really cool, special occasion restaurant. We sat at a communal teppan table with another family. Our waitress was very nice and professional with taking our order, remembering details, and bringing drinks, appetizers and to go boxes all in a very timely manner. Our chef was fun and personable, but it was difficult to hear him speak as he had a soft voice and the restaurant setting is a little loud. Unless you go during the week for the lunch menu, Benihana is quite expensive otherwise. We were a party of 3, each ordered 1 meal, and 2 soda were ordered. Our bill was $184 for lunch on a Saturday.

   We check in and the manager is on the phone telling a worker if they don’t come in they’re fired. Waited for our table.. they were very disorganized. Ordered drinks, took forever. Ordered sushi for Before meal. Again took forever came with the meal. The cook we had was really good. Ask for soy sauce and they gave us soy sauce packets. Could not believe it. Ask the server for straws never received them. There was so much more that went on.. I won’t be going back there ever again. Will be writing to corporate it was really bad..
