   You have stopped investing in the facility. It is very run down. I was very disappointed with the quality of the environment, from shabby walls to unattended unclean restrooms. Staff can be trained better to provide better customer service. Our chef Izzy was great, his show was the highlight. But a lot of other things made a bad impression so we will take our money elsewhere next time. Please invest into renovating the facility. Otherwise - you will go out of business and lose customers like us.

   There were too many bugs flying around. I couldn’t even concentrate on the atmosphere or even try to enjoy my visit. Flies were flying everywhere. In my drinks & in my food. It was disgusting. I tried calling a manager to where I was sitting 3x. The manager never showed. Probably embarrassed because they need help with the bugs. It’s so wrong and nasty.

   It was extremely long wait. We sat at 5:15 and didn’t get the chef to our table until 6:30. The food was good and chef was very entertaining however the price was extremely high. We had 3 chicken teppanyaki one that was a children’s. 2 saki bombs and one drink and our total with tip was almost 300 dollars. Just seems very high for rice and chicken and veggies.

   Waited 70 minutes from ordering food to our cook coming out. Every table seemed to be in the same situation

   Not one to complain but our reservations were at 8pm, we were seated at 8:50pm and didn't get our soup/salad until around 9:20pm. We ordered sushi rolls that never came out. It also took about 35 minutes to get the cocktail that I ordered when we sat down. Food unfortunately was mainly burnt.

    I have been coming to this location for years. As of recent have stopped due to low quality of service and quality of food. It is my birthday month and decided to give it a try to use the birthday certificate. Server was terrible and not timely. It was fairly busy which I understand but while other servers were making it around to their tables as they could, ours was nowhere to even be found to refill drinks or even see if we would like anything else. Our food did not start to be cooked until at least an hour after we ordered. We finally finished our food and the table waited about 20 minutes after being done for her to come by, she never did then eventually someone at our table had to go ask another server to have her come by. Service used to be impeccable and this latest experience proved to me why we have stopped going to this location. Save your money and go somewhere else.
