   Local resident, first-time guest. We went for Mothers Day Brunch, here are our thoughts: -- Food was good, but overpriced (almost normal given the day, lots of places do that). The offerings were normal, omelet station was small, desserts were very good and plentiful -- Service was extremely good, everyone was very nice, talked to us, explained how the menus and the regular restaurant worked, etc. Really really nice point -- Ambiance is good, you do see the airport runways, planes, trams, etc. Nicely decorated, something different -- Make sure you park at the hotel main entrance valet, NOT at the regular hotel parking (which is part of airport garages and therefore can be very full/unavailable) We would go back and check this restaurant at their regular operation/hours, therefore for us it was an overall enjoyable experience

   We always look forward to dining Hemispheres when traveling through Orlando. It is conveniently situated at the top of the Hyatt Regency in the terminal with expansive views of the runways! The food is always excellent without exception and a great wine list for all palates and price points. But the real hidden gem at hemispheres is the exceptional service we received from Slavica… she is always engaging, knowledgeable, and attentive! If you have the opportunity I highly recommend Hemispheres and ask for Slavica, she is truly the delight that makes the experience at Hemispheres a cut above the rest!

   What a refuge in the busy airport. The service is excellent, and the dishes are complex and delicious. I love the burnt orange peel and smoke infused old fashioned. The desserts are exquisite confections. I loved the lamb chops, and the roast cauliflower.

   We had a lovely dining experience at the restaurant. Our waitress was excellent and made great recommendations.

   I didn’t know an airport hotels restaurant could have such outstanding food. Everything was delicious, and the entrees had generous portions. Our wait staff was very attentive to our experience. Being able to see the runway and tram from our seat was delightful. A highlight was the bread service—an unbelievable butter.

   The atmosphere the service and the food were impeccable I give it 10 stars our waiter mark was exceptional and personable and knowledgable he helped us select the best dinner we had the petit filet mignon the lamb chops and the beat salad and the flourless chiocolate cake and the vanilla ice cream. Joaquin izarry the chef came out and introduced himself he was amazing. Definately have dinner there it’s well worth it. Or just go to the bar for drinks they were awesome too.

   Excellent service, and the food was fabulous. The fillet I ordered was quite flavorful and exceptionally tender, though slightly over cooked. Well worth a second visit the next time I'm flying in or out of Orlando.

   Being married for over 30 yrs; we still enjoy date night! I pick the restaurant...he follows. Lol I decided on Hemisphere after seeing posts on IG. I have flew out of MCO a million and one times. I have never realized that there was a hotel at MCO!! Mark our server was amazing! The food and drinks was delicious! I sent the meatballs back and chef Joaquin came to our table to inquire about my disapproval of his dish. After he explained the ingredients and the process on how it was prepared I accepted another order of meatballs. And I must say they were absolutely delicious 😋!! My hubby ordered the short rib & pasta I ordered the lobster risotto both were a great decision. Bread is a paid order which after tasting it I gave it a two thumbs up with garnishment that came with it. We ordered the peach tart. Beautifully plated!! Not to sweet a great balance for dessert. it was a perfect ending to a beautiful night. And the views of the airport! I recommend 7 or 7:30 dinner time to fully enjoy the ambience and the transitioning from day to night! Thanks again Mark and Chef Joaquin we will enjoyed our evening!
