    This was what I was expecting of a high end restaurant in NOLA. There was a trio playing music at times rotating around the restaurant. We could only get a breakfast reservation. I won’t hesitate to return there for dinner.

    Our servers were amazing, the guys in the jazz trio were awesome and friendly, and the food was outstanding. I’m so happy I took my visiting friend from Colorado to experience this!

    This place is an old standard and lived up to its reputation. Drinks before dinner at the bar were spot on. It wasn’t super busy and James had time to chat about drink recipes. He was excited to try one he’d never made and we enjoyed his signature drink. Dinner was also excellent. Like a lot of places they seemed a little short staffed but rose above the challenge and our service was quite good. Standout dish is the Bronzed Snapper. This is a better version of the classic blackened dish. Highly recommended.

    There were several large parties in the dining area, and they were very loud, and not observant to the other patrons…, The service was slow, and the food came out cold.

    The servers were attentive and available. The food was very good, although my friend said the food has changed since the last time she was there. The avocado toast was delicious, my husband loved the Gruyère and mushroom omelet, and another friend quite enjoyed the pork belly. The jazz brunch is delightful and I’ll be taking my out of town visitor there next week!

    I am usually more than satisfied when dining with Broussard but Saturday night wasn't good at all. The food and drinks were not up to par. Unfortunately I was very disaapointed.

    Amazing food and service! This was our third or fourth time dining her and it never disappoints! The honi honi drink was so good! The yellowfish tuna, turtle soup, blue crab cake, the bread pudding was all really good!

    The food wasn’t anything remarkable. Drinks were very good. We were in such a loud room that my wife and I could barely hear each other. Very obnoxious people next to us was frustrating. Made a reservation for 730 but didn’t get seated until 8. Plus, we’re not used to the multiple server system. No one point of contact seems less than efficient.

    Oh, too bad. I'd say we caught them at an understaffed bad moment but that doesn't excuse the sloppily presented and not very tasty entrees. Our table had three different entrees and three appetizers, and only the scallops past muster. The beleaguered waiter was scurrying around, especially after seating, a raucous party of 12 at the end of the completely unsound proofed room. So, trapped in a loud room with mediocre food we had to wait for. The sizable check that one of us stayed back to settle didn't help Try their nearby BLVD restaurant for a better experience.

    OK Decided to go to Broussard's after having dined here over 40 years ago! the atmosphere is seriously updated, the service is just as I remembered (excellent). As I have aged, the restaurant has come correctly into the new century! I loved every minute we spent here: food, service, food service. (intentional repetition) A wonderful experience for me, Oh, and also for my guests. I will not wait so long to return.

    Not sure where to start. Waitstaff seems to be the first day in the job. From waiting for forty minutes for a martini, to be sent back as it was vermouth with vodka versus a whisper of vodka to be returned as an old fashioned - vodka with an ice cube. Food delivered and eaten before the martini showed up. Soup arrived without spoons. A different waiter was alerted about it who saved the date. The actual waiter showed up five minutes after the soup was delivered with spoons and was surprised we had spoons. Knifes delivered to the table, placed wrong side and wrong way with the tip pointed towards us and in the wrong side of the table. We would have ordered another glass of wine and a dessert and an after dinner drink if the staff actually came back to check on us. I teach “front of the house” to wait staff. All the “do nots” took place last night.

    Went here for a family dinner on Valentine’s Day! Was given a rose upon entry and from the hostess seating us to the waitresses waiting on us, the service was outstanding! I would say 10 out of 10 and will be back for various services (jazz brunch, dinner, lunch, etc.)

    Beautiful building, outstanding service, food is to die for. We went on the Monday before Father's Tuesday. My only complaint was there was a large, very noisy table of college age girls and 1 guy seated basically next to our table of 2. There was another table of 2 on the other side of this noisy large table. Honestly, they should have been seated in the bar area. As we walked out after our meal, it was to realize the bat was actually quieter that where we were coming from. This isn't exactly the fault of the restaurant, but I mention it in the hopes that maybe a little more thought might be put into where they seat people in the future. Everyone else in tables of 3 or 4 near us was quiet and respectful of those around them. Mayne keep the younger ones around one another or in the tables in the bar area.

    Disappointing to say the least. We dined there 2/11/24 for the jazz brunch. Our two servers seemed to start off okay, but ended up not being very attentive. They weren’t slammed either, so that definitely was not the case. They weren’t rude, just not very good. The food came out lukewarm as though it had been be pre-prepared and had been sitting around. When we informed our server, nothing was done to remedy the situation. We also informed the host on our way out, again, nothing was done. Guess we should have asked for the manager at that point, but I’m guessing this is their norm and the staff already knows it… The meal was lackluster, cold and overpriced. We don’t mind paying for an expensive meal if the cost is justified. In this case, nothing about our meals or the service was worth even half what we paid. We spent $140+ on breakfast for two with only two drinks total (no one ever offered us another drink.) We would absolutely not go back, nor recommend Broussard’s to anyone. Sad.

    I have to eat gluten free so there was not much for me to choose from which may have affected my rating, but I thought that the food was very good but not really memorable.

    We visited for dinner during Marti Gras. I had the Gulf fish entree & my wife had the scallops. Both were excellent! We also enjoyed some of there special cocktails, they were very good too.

    The dining room service was top notch, as was the food. However, service at the bar was lacking. Waited several minutes for the bartender; other staff eventually found him at the request of another patron. He criticized our drink choices, was somewhat rude to the Canadian couple at the bar and generally inattentive.

    We were met by amazing service both by our host and server Wolfgang. Our phoned request for table location was granted, a glass of complementary champagne was provided for our wait which was very generous and we never once felt rushed. We enjoyed 3 hours of the most amazing food for their Jazz brunch,  superb cocktails and wonderful table side Jazz music. The best atmosphere for our girls brunch . Thank You, and we will be back soon.

    Service definitely could’ve been better!Timing for everything seemed slow from the drinks to the food! I guess you have to appear a certain way in order to receive bottomless mimosa service because we kept getting overlooked by our servers and they continued walking by refilling their other tables over ours; which sucked because we’re paying for it! Some of my side components were cold but I didn’t make anyone aware other than my guest, being that we’re already stereotyped!!! I was shocked they brought out a birthday dessert for my fiancé. First time there but we will not be returning.

    We had never been to Broussard’s before and chose it for convenience to our hotel and the Saenger. We went to the Saturday jazz brunch and had a very good meal and good service.

    Only real issue is that for the Jazz brunch, the music could not be heard most of the time in the side room we were in. However, after we mentioned this to our service team, they asked the band to come in and they actually came to every table in our room and took requests. So a mild negative actually ended up turning into a positive.

    Food flavor was good but almost everything that came out was cold. It was so busy so we did not want to send it back. One of the servers was great the other server seemed to be overwhelmed, but had a good attitude. Some of the drinks came out wrong but overall good service and they provided a good time.

    Has ALWAYS been one of my favorite brunch spots in NOLA and always recommend to our friends. I booked reservations for my birthday and was very disappointed. The menu has changed, no longer a prix fixe offering, no quiche, smaller portions, and it seems the mimosas are much sweeter….maybe a different a champagne/Prosecco. We did have amazing service, which helped make up for the food.
