Service was outstanding from check-in, bar service and table. Food was excellent. Ordered the turkey dinner and amazed at how much food was on the plate. So much food that could not eat the dessert in the restaurant. Server was more than gracious and she packed it up for take home. As for price of the meal, I was surprised it cost so little.

Brady was our server and did a terrific job! The restaurant was very busy on Thanksgiving and served around 900 meals. The turkey was tender, the sides were outstanding, and the value was reasonable. We missed our green bean casserole, but other than that, they provided an overall great experience.

We had a great Thanksgiving meal at Black Angus Puyallup. Jeff was a very good server. The food was great and the bar was able to accommodate our drink preferences. Great job.

Dinner was delicious. Better turkey dinner than I could make! Air coming in from the front door was cold, glad I had a coat! Second time coming for Thanksgiving, will be back for next year!

Their Thanksgiving dinner is the best. The food tastes great, always enough for leftovers. We've stopped cooking and now just make reservations so much easier and all of the meal tastes like home cooking.

Steaks and salmon was great. Bread was hard, everything else was good, had chocolate cookie and fudge cake for dessert both were delicious.

Server was very patient and accommodating of a large group (including 4 children) celebrating a birthday. Didn’t make a big deal of us bringing in outside food (a cake) either. The only negative feedback was that were we sat (near the restrooms) I smelled mould (like a mouldy rug) somewhere nearby. I forgot about is as time went on so it wasn’t huge, but somebody should investigate.

The fall Trio was a perfect combination of two types of shrimp and steak we enjoyed it very much this should be on the menu more often we look forward to eating there in the future the staff was very good the food was excellent it was nice having the reservation and being able to just walk in get a table and eat our dinner

I took my boyfriend there for his birthday. The prime rib was excellent. It's a bit pricey but it's probably that price at other nicer restaurants. Service was great!

Most the food was not very hot. Seemed to be busy and short staffed. Still my favorite place to eat. We will try again and hope it improves. Usually the service is excellent.

Service was good and friendly but no napkins and utensils allowed food to cool off before they could be brought to the table. Prime rib was a disappointment due to meat quality.

I've been to this location multiple times but this time, I found the food that I ordered to be warm at best and it appeared to not be served as soon as it was cooked. Also, the loaded baked potato soup was bland and lukewarm at best. I didn't say anything at the time about the temperature of my food because I was afraid it would take even longer to come back to me.

Our server Holly was excellent at making our dinner very pleasant. She fixed the mess up on our baked potatoes and the size of my steak. My steak was supposed to be to be a 12oz prime rib and when it came to the table it was definitely not a 12 oz steak. The manager gave us a discount for the mess up. We do enjoy coming to the Puyallup Black Angus

Although very busy due to Veteran Day crowd, food and service were excellent. The free meal for veterans was no bait & switch, the steak was tender & juicy, entire meal was great. They even gave a 15% heros discount for the non-veteran diner. Great experience.

Servers like Natalie and Jessica are the reasons we come back. Black Angus seems to be one of the last restaurants with professional servers who don’t require you to serve your own table with a tablet. We are a family of six who dine out often and at Black Angus we aren’t treated as a nuisance, unlike many other establishments in our area. Not to mention it’s one of the only places in town that makes a proper olde fashioned, and not a crushed fruit bourbon soda with bitters. Considering how expensive inflation has made just eating out at a family casual restaurant now, it’s worth paying a little more for a lot more quality across the board.

Our server, Eddie, was absolutely phenomenal! He took such great care of us without being overbearing and was just an overall delight. To top it all off, the food was amazing and well worth every penny. My boyfriend and I had an amazing date night thanks to Eddie and Black Angus
