We went for a group getaway dinner that we do every year. The restaurant was packed but we had reservations so we got seated fairly on time. There were 8 of us so appearently it warranted 2 waiters. We had a very charming man and a miserable, unfriendly woman. She insisted on splitting us up to order not with the person we we paying with. When it came time for the check, she mixed up the orders. She than began arguing with on of us saying she ate prime rib when she ate chicken. She pretty much called her a liar. Ruined the whole evening. The food was great and the male server was great.
Purser er was amazing I believe his names was Justin or dustin
Great always great
Required coupons must be available. You will be given grief if you do not have the coupon on hand even though you received an email with the announced special. I was made to feel like a schemer without the email announcement but luckily my son had a smart phone and found the announcement. Be prepared to have the coupon or be prepared to be treated like you are cheating them.
Married 31 years. Just came for a fun night out. Yummy food, great deal, campfire dinner for two. Our server was friendly, professional, and efficient.
We always enjoy BA. Their shrimp, lobster, steak deal is hard to beat. We get triple tip instead of sirloin. Comes perfectly rare, as ordered. Happy hour drink deal great. $6 martinis and $2 off any wine by the glass. Only better drink thing is half price wine bottles Wednesdays.
Very nice place for a wonderful dinner and great conversations. Meals values were somewhat expensive. Excellent service and ambiance.
Always delicious and the service is always awesome!!!!! And since I discovered the online table reservations, getting seated right away is hassle free and a delight!!!! No more long waiting times !!!
Sisters dinner out.
Good menu items and great coupon values. Food is excellent
Plate looked very well put together. Looked just like it taste, great! Servers always checking to see if we were fine.
Delicious food as usual. Wait person was very good and took great care of us. They were very busy and still our evening could not have been better. One of my all time favorites.
Bread was NOT warm & was NOT soft. Baker was not hot. We were in a hurry at that point & did not complain.
Good steaks and good value especially if you use the ecoupons. Staff is friendly and very familiar with the menu. We eat gluten free and come here once every month or so and have never been disappointed.
The food was very good, but the service was awful. We were asked what we wanted to order before we even opened the menu. The server acted like we should hurry before even taking a drink order. After we got our dinner, she totally ignored us. No water refills and no offer of another drink. Brought the bill before asking if we wanted dessert. We won’t be back and it was our first visit! Very disappointing way to spend $100
This restaurant was nearby our hotel and convenient. The food was good-steak was perfectly cooked-thought I was in The Keg as it is a very similar chain like restaurant. Service was ok but nothing special. Cost was high for what you received-would recommend it but not asanything special!
Some vegetables were not cooked properly. The beans still had stems on them. My mother would not have let me hand her her the beans for canning with stems on them. Someone needs to pay more attention to details. Thank you.
On our date night my girlfriend's steak was overcooked and was ordered medium rare. The waitress and management made it right and squared away the issue right away. Great experience
Great food and service
Steak was done as requested. Special occasion dessert was very good. This was the 39th anniversary dinner.
We have always had a wonderful visit each time we come to Black Angus!! The hostesses are friendly, wait staff is polite, and our favorite server, Derek, is always on his game! Derek is super attentive, super funny, beyond friendly, and just makes you feel incredibly comfortable!
The food is always excellent, have never had a bad meal, and our reservation is always ready & we are seated within 5 minutes.
Had very nice dinner at BA. Always enjoy the $5 martinis during happy hour. Also like half price wine Wednesdays. Both got the steak lobster and shrimp special. They were nice to sub tri tip for sirloin. Cooked to rare as requested. Baked potatoes and side salad always nice sides. Potato done perfectly. Great service on top of all of that from Destiny.
We had a nice evening at BA. Their happy hours a great value and half priced wine bottles on Wednesday make it even better. Ordered a New York steak and salmon entrees, both rare. However, they came medium. When we were asked if they we done correctly we said not really. Both were taken away and soon replaced by perfectly done ones. We were very impressed and entrees were outstanding. Will go back.
The trainer waitress was terrible. The trainee was great.
Met family members for a birthday get- together. Great service and delicious food.
Normally Black Angus has been our go to for dinner dates and lunch dates. This last experience was very embarrassing. Took a friend to celebrate and we both had salmon. The piece was incredible small, but taste.
the extra charge for ceaser salad is not great when you actually get a 1/2 plate of salad. they did not even bother to move the lettuce around to look like a full plate. very very skimpy. Are they trying not to up the dollar amt or just make more profit. We also were very rushed, we asked for bread that came with lunch not salad, and we did not even eat 1/2 of our 1/2 salad and our lunch appeared. Really?? waitress needs to be trained. not the first time this has happened. I usually ask them to hold off so we can enjoy our salad. don't think I should be the one having to manage my food coming out. THEN got home and received an email from Black Angus/Open table that they had cancelled our reservation that we were just at. There for receiving no points form Open table. When I called the BA they told me front counter person hit wrong button not sure if they could fix. Ended up contacting Open table to adjust. Just a really poor overall experience. Probably need to find a new " got to place".
Steak and lobster were really good. Stack cooked medium rare perfectly. Au gratin potatoes were awesome. The site salad was very big for a side salad. Good service.
Great food as always
Came back a second time - not the same experience. Not worth bringing kiddos here. Felt like we were rushed because our kids were getting impatient waiting for food. Manager came by to check the noise level. Maybe we were too loud. Wanted to celebrate my kids' first day of Kindergarten. Food is delicious but best to get a sitter next time.
The service was great and the food was pretty good. I had the prime rib which wasn’t as good as normal but everyone else really enjoyed their meal.
Great meal, excellent service. We booked through the TripAdvisor app, they were ready for us when we arrived. Prices are good, many different food choices. Food was cooked perfectly. Service was exceptional, very attentive.
Black Angus used to be kinda high end. I feel it has taken the quality notch down a level or two. The meat was very bristly. That indicates a cheaper piece of steak. Overall it was satisfying but Texas Roadhouse knows how to make a steak.
Food was more than we could handle. Absolutely finger-licking good.
Already planning to have our anniversary here. Worth the money. Better spent here than an expensive Italian restaurant.
It took 2 hours for our party to be there from being seated to desert served. We had to do a lot of waiting for food.
Friends from out of town and everybody likes something different. So this was the right place to go for that and good food:)
Awesome food and service, waitress was great. Food (camp fire) was great and plenty, had to take half home.
Always good food...friendly staff and excellent server(s). We had a disabled member in our party and he was given exceptional care.
Caesar Salad best around. Very accommodating in moving us to table in stead of booth. Waiteress were friendly and efficient.
Good place for carnivores without being overpriced. Bit of a drive out to the valley and not real intimate for date spot and can feel a bit noisey. Good food, moderately priced, and good service. Solid experience but nothing extrodinary.
