    we had an incredible brunch! Both the sweet and savory crepes are to die for, and they make the best French 75 we've ever had! I'd also like to shout out Alexandra for the outstanding service. she made our entire experience memorable and we absolutely adore her!

    Should you fancy a typical breakfast of croissants, baguette and jam, this is the place. For brunch try the delicious egg Benedict with salmon or a decadent pain perdu. The foie gras au torchon is amazing! 😋 And to finish , a macaron from Gaby and Jules,… my personal favorite, the coffee macaron! Not to forget great service! Thank you John!

    Wonderful food in a semi-casual atmosphere. The service was very attentive. Food is made to-order, so while it was slow in arriving, we at least knew it was made especially for us. This was a special meal that was a bit pricey, so not a restaurant I would regularly visit, but good for a special occasion, especially with a friend who really loves French cuisine.

    Had a wonderful dinner. Our server, Alexandra, was very helpful in describing everything on menu. Had the bouillabaisse and frites. Delicious. Relaxed, not rushed. Restaurant has a great ambiance. Not rushed. Also, convenient parking in lot in back. Entered through outdoor patio.

    Understaffed, severely hectic and chaotic atmosphere. Could hear the cook yelling "I have food rotting here waiting to be served" from the kitchen. This place seems to be going down hill. I will prioritize other restaurants over this one now and possibly stop coming. I can't take dates here if the service is going to be poor.

    I was a little upset with my $250 visit. Though my steak was delicious, it was cold. The silverware provided could not cut my crepe let alone my steak. Overall I would most likely not go back. I will say the whipped brie was delicious though.

    Turned out to be a slightly breezy evening to be out on the deck, but we managed to move the table clips around to keep everything down. A few more would have been welcome. The food and service, on the other hand, were as impeccable as always.

    Visiting Pittsburgh and made spontaneous decision to try Paris 66. Nathanial was outstanding server—when tasked to provide a French experience he asked several questions and then made a series of outstanding recommendations. Mussels and short ribs were amazing but the trout was out of this world good. Nathanial made wonderful wine reccomendation for each course. Dessert matched the rest of the courses. Made reccomendation a for our friends to have special occasion dinner here. 12/10 will eat here again on next visit to Pittsburgh.

    So many times when we go out for dinner the food is good but not memorable, the service is fine but not extraordinary , and we feel that we spent a lot of money for an experience that was less than. Our dinner at Paris 66, however, FAR exceeded our expectations . The evening was magic! The food was excellent ,the service incredible, and the ambience on the outside deck made us feel far away from the cares of the day. A+ overall for a perfect experience!

    Our group of five chose Paris 66 Restaurant for its comfortable outdoor dining, reputation and its exceptionalism in French Cuisine, service, ambience at a location that was convenient to all. Our waiter Nathan was exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, attentive, patient, understanding, courteous, gracious and thoughtful with a pleasant and enjoyable sense of humor. All other staff that we encountered are equally professional, courteous and kind. The French food was superb, well prepared, and presented artfully and in good taste. Our sincere gratitude, appreciation and thankfulness to the owner, chief, our waiter Nathan and other staff members, all of whom deserve the best of comments from us and all other customers who know the value and are able to appreciate the quality of the services the Staff provides at a level that is truly above and beyond the commonplace with exceptionally prepared appetizers, entrees and desserts in French Cuisine.

    It opens at noon on Saturday but there isn't a brunch or even a lunch menu. Full priced dinner level options were the only item available. We were the only people in the place. Our food took well over an hour to arrive. I understand that only one of us got an appetizer which can delay main courses. But, the wait time was out of control. We've always enjoyed Paris 66. My husband even calls it one of his favorites. So I will continue to recommend it until next time. If the service doesn't improve. I will no longer recommend it.

    Bonjour, Thank you for your review. Paris 66 has never had brunch on a Saturday since we opened in 2008. If one person out of 4 guests in your party had an appetizer, everyone will not be served their entree before this person has finished his or her appetizer, that is normal. I see that you arrived at 12:10 and left at 1:50 pm. This is less than 2H for 4 guests. You only gave us a "3" for "food". You didn't like your meal? C'est dommage...Hope to see you and your husband again soon. A bientot.

    My husband and I went to celebrate my birthday. We were seated on the patio which is lovely but quite loud and not much space between tables so there isn't much privacy. Our server was excellent - he was friendly, informative, and great from start to finish! I wish I could remember his name1 The food was good but not excellent. My starter was the whipped brie which I really enjoyed and my husband had the escargot which he thoroughly enjoyed. My main was the tri-tip steak - it was quite tough and chewy which was disappointing, but the sauce was excellent. My husband enjoyed the calf's liver. The dessert was okay, but again, not exceptional. I had the berry tart and my husband had the creme brulee. Overall we had a lovely evening, but I was expecting a little higher standard for the food. I would go back!

    We had high expectations but they were not quite met. There were some nice touches but service was slow, prices were quite high and the daube de boeuf was rather stringy. The Tip top steak was better, and the dessert art with creme patissiere was good.

    Food was amazing. I am very particular about my ribeye steak and it was the best ribeye I ever had from a restaurant. Melt in your mouth, flavored incredibly well, and a whopping 14 ounces for only $39. Great value. My wife’s $34 rainbow trout was excellent and about as flavorful as trout can be flavored. Her mashed potatoes were also very flavorful and our French onion soup and escargot sides were excellent. Everything was served very hot. Big kudos to the chef ! Our waiter was good, but was clearly stressed because he had too many tables. We overhead the wait staff say they were short at least one server. Our waiter was hustling all night, but clearly was very distracted and not as attentive as he should have been. However, I put that on management for being understaffed and thought our waiter was doing the best he could w/o enough support. I can clearly see why this is the best French restaurant in Pittsburgh and look forward to coming back before end of the year. Amazing food and Great value, but hopefully they will be staffed adequately next time.

    This was my first time at Paris 66. Over our visit was very good. My one complaint is the food is a bit overprice for what you receive. There are no sides with the main courses. Basically paid $45 for just meat. It would of been nice if it was accompany with something. Other then that everything was great and our server Nate was excellent!

    We went here for our 25th wedding anniversary. We were graciously greeted by the staff on arrival. We were taken to our seats on the outside rear deck. Besides all of the little gnats, it was a pleasant atmosphere. Our server Alexandria was fantastic. We didn’t know they were short staffed that night until the end of the meal. Our food was top notch. I wish I could have the scallops every night if my life. Would definitely go back.

    Alexandra was a fantastic server. I have Celiac disease and she was great letting me know what was safe and communicating with the kitchen special care for my food. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it a time when we could enjoy our meal and not have to worry about anything.

    The. Short ribs were chewy. I should have ordered the.liver and onions. The others in our party said they liked their food. All cleaned their plates! The drinks were great. We had a great time.
