                                                                                                    My wife and I enjoyed a meal at Sparks on Mother’s Day and everything was just as we remembered it when we last visited a few years ago — Great ! We are glad nothing had changed and we hope it never does — they do it all right !

Made our evening a great one with wonderful memories. I had the best fillet mignon I have ever tasted. This is one special restaurant in every way Outstanding

                                                                                                    Had the best steak ever!! Beautiful and historic restaurant. The food and service were exceptional. They gave me a 'Happy Birthday' cheesecake too!! Highly recommended!!

                                                                                                    Decent experience. Wasn’t really impressed with the steak. It was pretty tough, had a nice crust (Prime Sirloin). But then again have been spoiled by A5 and long dry-aged cuts. The hash brown potatoes were great. Service was just vanilla. A lot of elbow service and no crumbing. Expected fine dining service and it was pretty lackluster. Celebrated a birthday dinner and they didn’t seem to care. Might return but probably not.
