Dinner served Wednesday thru Monday - opening at 4:30pm. Closed Tuesday. Enjoy our steaks, fresh seafood, signature side dishes and homemade desserts along with spectacular wine selections.                                   My husband and I went to Nevada Steak for the Sunset dinner. He ordered Salmon and I had the New York steak. Everything we had was prepared exactly how we like it. Will definitely be back soon for another fantastic meal.

                                  We went there for my birthday and when we ordered our drink, which was wine my wife wanted to know what the house Chardonnay was. It happened to be two of the most expensive wines you could buy. Ordered escargot with $3.00 added Blue Cheese and it was so burnt we only ate half the order. Wanted green beans with our dinner and they came back stating they were out of green beans. Who runs out of green beans in a restaurant?? So for a beer and a glass of wine, appetizer, a salad we split, scallops with mashed potatoes the bill with tip was over $225. Never going there again

                                  Steaks at this restaurant are consistently disappointing. I ordered a Filet Mignon and received a thin 1/4 inch of meat. It would be better for kitchen to tell servers to warn the customer of the thin cut solution to reach Medium Well temp. Beyond the thin cut, two of us (likely receiving 1/2 of one Filet each) had grissle in the steaks in multiple places. The steaks at NV Steak don't hold a candle to the local Sierraville steaks we can buy in Truckee from the meat market. Wish this local spot would step it up with their food quality.

                                  Great little steakhouse! Great service! We had the hamachi crudo, pork belly, and NY steak along with a bottle of Shafer Cab. Everything was great.

                                  Always a fantastic meal at Nevada steak. The relish tray is a favorite. Taylor was our server and she is absolutely the most splendid wonderful high energy, fun waitress ….we love her!!! we love the ambience, cocktails and food!

                                  Ordered Steak and Lobster. An 8 oz steak & small lobser tail. (One of the more expensive items on the menu). Very dissapointed with the presentation. The steak was very thin and the lobster small out of shell. All items on my plate were dwarfed by the enormous potato. I did not think a $60.00 meal would look like this. Did the resturant change cooking staff? The steaks were once very nice. Too Bad. Not going back.
