   We had a wonderful experience with our waiter wisham, he was amazing and so was the rest of the serving staff. Another that was so great was Harry, he was awesome too! Very attentive and everyone was so nice!! We had a table right along the edge overlooking the city - gorgeous. The food was outstanding too. The only complaint was how expensive it was. Had we been prepared to spend that much it would have been better. We discovered the restaurant by searching the web and the menu prices for the exact menu we had while dining were significantly more by 25-40% above the in-line prices. Little bit of sticker shock when we arrived but worth it!! Kudos to Wisham- he was the main reason we had such an awesome time!

   Absolutely not fine dining. Rooftop view was the only enjoyable part. The service was awful, to the point of rude. We had to flag down a waiter to start our first order, and she disappeared so often we’d have to rush our orders and they all looked annoyed cursing inappropriately about their tasks as they whisked by, blatantly ignoring us. With rushed orders nothing on the menu was explained like sides needing to be ordered separately/optional. So when we chose an entre and she quickly moved to the next person it was assumed sides must already come with it. They do not. Food was decent but incredibly underwhelming for the prices. Ordered a bottle of champagne that they held hostage on ice. The music was also so loud I couldn’t hear my sister next to me even though she was nearly shouting her words. The seats were cheap patio seats with hard woven material that was painful on our legs and just incredibly uncomfortable. Overall, so not worth the trouble or the money. My $87 entre only was in reality maybe worth $40 at absolute most and should have been discounted for the terrible service. I do not recommend this place at all.

   I do not usually comment on a restaurant, but I have a minor complaint for the first time in years. The shape of the fork handle is round and very difficult to hold. I told you it was minor, but it was an issue for me. Otherwise, a very nice place to dine and view the city.

   They have an outrageous corking fee that you are not told of till you get there, it’s a bait and switch and should be noted. Had it not been for the waiter, it would have been a bust. He made up for the other issues. Not worth the price. Good for maybe drinks and appetizers but not much more.

    I am not sure if they can claim that they set the standard with quality of their food preperation. Salmon was over cooked, NY Strip was medium but serving a $56 steak with fries, really?? What about asparagus, julian carrots or garlic mash. Not even close to what WATR offers at 1 Hotel.

    Go for the view and that’s about it. The sweet and sour grilled shrimp was cooked until it resembled and lasted like leather. For 2 people this was a $350 dollar meal. The view is spectacular but the food was horrible. There are much better places to spend your money.

    Obviously, the ambience and location is quite nice. That being said, I was not really impressed with the service or the food. We were seated promptly, but it took almost 20 minutes before somebody attended to us as far as drinks. We ordered three appetizers and a main course. I was impressed that the appetizers came out rather quickly, and they tasted good. We had the ceviche, the Gyoza, and the spicy tuna, crispy rice, which was quite good. For the main course we ordered the king crab risotto, it was $96 and extremely unimpressed. The risotto was overpowered by a tremendous amount of sauce, which I felt ways to mustardy, and not complementary to the crab. There was a small portion of tasty crab. All in all, I think they should remove the dish from the menu or change it to something else. It was a pleasant evening, but for my first time experience, I expected more.

    The food was very poorly presented, without much variety for a $160 brunch, the drinks were hot, the truth is that the quality of the restaurant is not at all what it was before. I would not go again.

    Juvia used to be an Amazing restaurant to visit, but not anymore. Mothers Day brunch was a bust and also the last time I ever visit this place. There are so many better options to choose from. Find another restaurant, you will be extremely disappointed with your dining experience here. The view hasn’t changed, but the service, quality of food & experience has. Check out the other recent reviews for Juvia and you’ll see for yourself! Extremely disappointed in this place.

    Great food, looks really trendy. Music was loud and was hard to talk in the rooftop. It started to rain and they moved us inside and the music was not as loud. Food was amazing. Appetizers: grilled octopus, salmon, crispy tuna, pork belly. Main courses: pasta with seafood and shrimps. Desserts: berries with lychee (tried the tres leches but was too sweet for me)

    It's been some time since our last visit. I was reminded just how excellent Juvia is. Of course the view, but also the food, drink, service. All very good. It's easy to be impressed with the setting, but the food is also first-rate!

    SO INCREDIBLE! everything was amazing. service, food, ambience. i would go back everyday if i could. we started with the salmon ceviche and spicy tuna crispy rice - 10/10. for entree i got the prime sirloin with side of garlic mashed potatoes - so good i can’t even explain. the rest of my party got the seafood pasta & sweet & sour shrimp - both were 9/10.     Beautiful South Beach rooftop location at the end of Lincoln Mall, wonderful ambiance, interior window seats are best, always great food, great music in background, lively but not too noisy. Fine dining in a relaxed hip comfortable environment. Definitely weekend impressive date night experience. If you prefer outdoor dining, beautiful lively patio with ample seating. If you enjoy fresh high quality food including seafood, it’s a must South Beach dining experience.

    Pedimos los platos. Una ensalada Caesar que fue decepcionante. Una planta de lechuga entera (literal) con una pseudo salda por encima totalmente seca. Un desastre. Lo cambiamos por un pollo grillado con verduras (parecido al que se puede cocinar en cualquier casa) que por suerte estaba bien. El risotto con trufas llego en menos de 10 mins (lo que es extraño para un risotto bien cocinado). Buen sabor, cubierto de una espuma muy simpatica que ocultaba que el plato estaba a medio llenar. Llegando a los postres los profiteroles eran muy ricos, el vanilla candy bar fue una experiencia para no repetir. Bien atendidos, la hostess uNa argentina muy simpática, los mozos con buena onda y el lugar muy lindo hasta que comenzó a llover y levantaron todas las mesas. Un a experiencia divertida y CARA.

    Absolutely beautiful view for photos and dining. Food is excellent, and generous portions. Drinks fun. Juvia used to enjoy a dress code where everyone looked elegant and added to the ambiance of the specialness of the environment. However, the dress code is no longer, and many patrons were casually dressed at best, with beach attire and flip flops. I was surprised and dismayed smoking was allowed, which greatly interfered with the enjoyment of the tasting of my food, and evening ( I am highly sensitive to cigarette smoke and it increases my asthma and chronic cough). I am not sure I would go back until the smoking was addressed.

    They brought out a complimentary glass of champagne for my sister’s birthday which was, night I say, strong but delicious! I ordered the scrambled eggs and French toast. Very decadent! My sisters had the smoked salmon eggs Benedict and it was cooked and prepared to perfection. I will definitely book another reservation and try out their dinner menu. You won’t regret it :)
