   Unsure of where to brunch I came across this hidden jewel . My bf and I had an amazing time as we closed out the celebration of his Born Day . Our host Kiss was beyond amazing . The vibes started at the door of arrival the energy throughout the entire establishment was very inviting fun and energetic , as for the entree’s we went with the steak /eggs & chicken /waffles w/ peach mimosas, Hennessy Margs , and bday shots 🔥. Far as music the Dj definitely took us in a ride !!! If your looking for a nice brunch with amazing vibes in the city this place will not disappoint… we give it a 10/10✨

   Went for birthday brunch at 12 and they didn’t open their doors until 12:05. Not a big deal- but there were at least 7 parties waiting outside in 27 degree weather. The foods decent but we decided it’s like going to a bar that just decided to start serving food last week. Would not recommend.

   By far this was the best birthday brunch i have every been too. The waiter was top tier - such a nice person made me feel great on my birthday. The music & the vibe was just OUTSTANDING. Food was delicious. Would 100000000% go again.

    Food was just ok Service was ok Very noisy Ordered eggs Benedict- no Canadian bacon- they only had regular bacon- my eggs were not cooked right - and the sauce- barely any Very disappointing I won’t recommend and will not return

    I’m so disappointed with how downhill this place has gone. This used to be the hot spot before Covid and I’m not sure what happened. The music and DJ is still amazing but the place was empty—and we went on a Saturday during peak brunch hours (2-3pm). I remember when you had to book weeks in advance just for a table. The food was very average and their menu had only 4 options to choose from but the drinks were still reasonably priced for NYC. I’ve been living in the city for 5 years, I don’t think I’d bring my girlfriends back.

    This is my go to brunch spot. Always a great time, great food, great music and company. Their food is excellent. My go to is the Benedict and truffle Mac.

    It’s a bar / club with limited menu. It’s a bit noisy so it’s very much a social venue to hang out with friends. Menu may be limited but food was very good. They also serve creative specialty cocktails.

    Food here is basic but good and solid drinking food. Music is fab, lots of hip hop/rnb. There was a 20 min section of dance/electro music which wasn’t as good but otherwise mostly hip hop & rnb which was great. To be fair the music was what kept us as long as we stayed.. unfortunately the drinks on the menu are really really bad.. definitely don’t recommend but would love to see this place pumping again!

    Booked for 1245pm on Saturday got a bit crowded by the time we left around 3pm but no party atmosphere just a dj no one was dancing Food and Service was great but was looking for a great afternoon brunch party

    This place is amazing! Our server listened to what we liked and picked out the most amazing peach mimosa!!! And the food…to die for!!! I got the waffles and just when you think it’s “just a waffle” you eat this and you will never eat another waffle like it!!! The Apple compote and tasted pecans set it off!!! The music was good…wish they would’ve mixed more hip hop in but the crowd was a vibe so we were dancing to everything!!! I definitely want to sit in the pit next time…lol…IYKYK!!!

    The management was wonderful. If you are looking for a quiet brunch place, this is not it. Reviews were great but no mention of noise level. We made a reservation for 5, with many reviews stating great food etc. When we got there we were told there would be a DJ starting at 1. But we were placed at the table closest to the stage, we were not told there would not be able to have a conversation or hear each other at all. We did have an issue with a drink charge but it was easily resolved by the Management.

    This is DEFINITELY a party brunch place. If you're hoping to be able to have a quiet brunch with lots of conversation - this isn't the place. If you are looking for a place to enjoy good food, drinks, music, and extend Saturday night into Sunday - come here! I love boozy brunch and is probably my favorite social activity - Sons of Essex does a great job! Great food, the DJ is spinning the hottest songs, and its a celebratory atmosphere. The music is a bit on the loud side but once you're through your first carafe of boozy bevvies, you become one with the vibrations and find yourself swaying with fellow patrons. I'll be back!

    If you are looking for a high energy DJ brunch-this is it. We stumbled upon this place 3 years ago on a trip to NYC and knew we wanted to come back. Good food, flowing drinks, and high energy atmosphere that has everyone smiling and dancing.
