I was very impressed with the Pink Door! It's so hard to get a reservation there, I was worried that it wouldn't live up to the hype! I shouldn't have been worried because everything we had there was fantastic! We had antipasti (half order), kale salad, lamb shank & chicken scallopine and to top it off the strawberry rhubarb crisp! Everything was so good. I can't wait to return! We often go to Carmines, Cantinetta and San Fermo - this was just as good or better! Thank you Pink Door!

I have been trying to get a reservation at The Pink Door for months and I FINALLY succeeded! It did not disappoint! The entire experience was fantastic starting with the hostesses being so welcoming. Emily, our server, was just fabulous. She was not only fun and kind but gave us all the recommendations for our menu selections that were perfect! The food was delicious. The Rice Balls, Lasagna, Bolognese, and the Almond Cake. Every single item was outstanding! The atmosphere was gorgeous and romantic. Loved it! Can't wait to go back. Thank you!

What an amazing dinner we had at the Pink Door!! We walked in to the sound of live jazz and were seated, Ryan took great care of us! We enjoyed the velvety Stevens Reserve Cabernet with mushroom crostini-so earthy, crunchy, and delicious! Then the citrus shaved fennel salad with blood orange and olives was bright and fresh. The pastas were sublime-the spinach lasagna and linguine with clams divine! Our only regret is we had no room for dessert! Oh, what a night!

Where do I begin?! Such an amazing ambience for our 25 year anniversary celebration! The small table setting kept things intimate. Our server Ryan was FANTASTIC and the food was flavorful and delicious. We can't wait to return!

I've been here a few times and I really love coming here and I always bring someone with me. I was slightly disappointed because in Dungeness crab Caesar salad, I felt something very hard in my mouth and it was a crab shell. Then after that I felt another very sharp hard thing and it was an eggshell. Not ideal for a $30 salad, but they were kind and offered dessert even though not necessarily something I want to eat personally, but I accepted. I've never really had an issue before.

It had been several years since my last visit and I was very pleased to find that the ambiance was still recognizably wonderful. The expanded space is a real plus, and the food and service terrific. Roll on Pink Door, roll on.

I booked reservations expecting to be able to see the aerial hoop shows during dinner. I was surprised that the majority of the diners (including us) weren't in view of the performances. That was a bit of a disappointment. All of our dishes were amazing though! We absolutely loved the food and all the servers were lovely.

Friends were in town for a convention and we were fortunate to get a reservation at The Pink Door. My husband and I both ordered the cioppino and it was amazing - fresh seafood, light tomato broth, with just a touch of spiciness. Others ordered pasta dishes, and the scallops - everyone was very happy with the entrees. Appetizers were a dozen oysters - fresh and delicious - and the antipasto plate, which was large, varied, and yummy. The House Red was OK, but single glasses of other wines, showed some excellent choices. Our server, Emily was great and other service staff were there when we needed them and did everything right. This is not a quiet restaurant, but in the back dining room the noise level was such that we could chat and hear each other. The atmosphere with soft lighting and windows overlooking the water was exceptional.

Absolutely amazing! We went for my wife’s birthday and The Pink Door did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the scallops and polenta and my wife had the lasagna. Both exceeded our expectations and both were absolutely amazing. It was very evident that the chef was NOT playing and it was greatly appreciated. The lasagna was great and the portions were perfect.

Delicious Italian food that manages to feel both comforting & classic and bright & fresh. Entertainment was great. Service was spot-on. Ambiance was both quiet and bustling — lively but easy conversation-level. Fine dining but comfortably casual (not sloppy, but relaxed) and unpretentious. Obviously a real treat, but also a great value, which is a rare combination. Basically, this place manages to be everything all at once, without overstretching in any direction. There’s a reason the Pink Door has been beloved for decades. It’s a delight!
