   We were celebrating my twin siblings birthdays. We sat outside on the patio with multiple heat lamps. The staff were very attentive and saw to all of our needs. We had an exceptional server, Donna M. She was so personable and professional, that the evening was absolutely perfect!

   I have been to Watertable many times in the past and absolutely loved it. During this trip to Huntington my daughter and I decided to go there again since we have such amazing food in the past. When we got there it took them a while to set us even though the restaurant was empty and servers were standing around talking. After being seated we ordered the potato appetizer which was amazing as usual. My daughter ordered the Salmon and I ordered the Sea bass. When out food came it looked like it was just thrown on a plate with some snow peas and mush that was supposed to be mashed potatoes I'm assuming. My daughters Salmon was not cooked the way it usually is there and the peice was so small. It looked almost steamed, no flavor at all. The Bass was ok but I had to add salt and lemon to it because it also had no flavor. We were both disappointed with our meal.

   The cocktails and food was delicious- hard to believe I had not eaten here before! The Chilean Sea Bass was perfect! Servers were very nice and fun!

   My son and I frequent fine dining restaurants weekly. Watertable was an impeccable experience. We loved our table, the food was exquisite, and the staff was so professional and kind. We will definitely be back again!

   Requested outdoor dining and had a terrific experience! The food was incredibly delicious and prepared as ordered. Their homemade bread is outstanding, the wine list exceptional, and our server did a marvelous job of welcoming us.

   this is a Hotel - Loud indoors - louder outdoors - kids were screaming as they ran around the water feature - couldnt wait to leave. I would much rather go to a restaurant that doesnt allow screaming kids and dogs so I could actually enjoy the amazing food.... My advice? Get it to go or scream along

    Attentive and knowledgeable staff in a beautiful and comfortable environment. Food quality is exceptional for the price-portions are generous and innovatively presented. Save room for dessert--cinnamon infused bourbon dessert drink was probably the best drink I have ever had.

    The food was very tasty and delicious. The house wine we ordered was also good (cab). The only thing was that there was a group next to where we were seated were quite loud and noisy (some were almost talking to the top of their lungs)

    Cameron was our server and he made sure that our experience was a great one. The food spoke for itself, my wife and I shared the tomahawk. We ordered it medium-rare and it was cooked to perfection! We will definitely be back again!

    The food was excellent and well plated. I highly recommend the truffle fries for the jalapeno dip. I had petite filet and it was perfectly cooked. Best part was Ramon, our waiter. Great service.

    Nice outdoor setting. Service was friendly but a bit slow, especially waiting for the appetizer course. Our server was certified as a sommelier so he knew the wine list well. The menu was surprisingly limited--only a handful of entrees.

    Great location and easy access with valet parking (validated 4 hours w dinner). Service was great all around. Food was delicious. We had the filet (perfectly cooked) and salmon with the side brussels sprouts and whipped ricotta & marinated mushrooms. Great for small/medium groups, or couples night out.

    Our salad was skipped, then brought after inquiring about it, which delayed our entire service. With 2 kids, this makes for a difficult dinner. In addition, we asked for dessert to celebrate my daughters birthday and they didn’t do anything for her. I expected more and got much less, unfortunately. We are staying on property for the next week and will likely skip this spot :-(

    Menu is somewhat limited but decent choices. We had the bone marrow appetizer- I recommend trying it, very flavorful. The chicken entree was good. Salmon didn’t have much flavor but we’re used to Washington state fresh. Service was good. They make a pretty good old fashion. Wine list is decent, not over extensive.

    We were celebrating our anniversary. They sat us in a off to the side table by the fireplace. They greeted us with glasses of bubbly. The manager came around several times to check on us. Food was very good. The menu was very sparse. Food is a little pricey, especially given the extremely small selection. But overall it was a very nice experience.

    I proposed to my girlfriend here and I’m VERY glad I did. The place is absolutely gorgeous. Friendly staff and beautiful surroundings but the food was only ok for the price in my opinion. I’m not sure I’d like to come here just to eat…simply because of the price. Everything else was outstanding and If you’re thinking of proposing here it’s a wonderful spot to do so.
