Worst service, iif the Manager had not helped we would have left. Not worth the cost of the meal. Too many other restaurants that have good service and food.

For a quickly put together girl's night out, this was the place to be. We arrived earlier than our reservation time, and ended up at the bar for a relaxing drink before dinner. The entire bar staff was great, and knowledgeable about food allergies when it came to drinks. We were shown to our seats, and had a great waitress who helped us choose the best fit for our dinner courses. The food, atmosphere, and speed of delivery concerning our food was absolutely wonderful. Definitely will have another girl's night out in this establishment again!

Our waitress was just fabulous!!! There is so much to do for these dinners, but she handled it all so calmly and with a fantastic attitude. The food was fresh and perfect for fondue. Yes, it can be a little expensive, but when you factor in the experience of fondue dining, it is so worth it.

The service and ambiance were on point per usual. They have changed a few menu items and for our family of 4 it was $300. This has gone up over the last few years but quality remains the same. Definitely the economy and not melting pots fault.

our serve Jesus was great! informed us about all the dishes available and what was served. their presentation of the food was excellent! the ambience was wonderful as well. we were promptly seated. the melting pot experience was excellent and lasted over 2 hours.

Service was great! Food not as good as last time... my Caesar salad i was not able to pick up the lettuce by stabbing it but instead had to scoop it and the chocolate fondue was runny like they were trying to stretch the chocolate further.

The oil stayed so hot. It burned the batter although they tried multiple times to turn it down.

Dinner for 3 taking 2 hours and 45 minutes is unacceptable! The service was horrible. Wait staff are being expected to do tasks that others used to do which slows down service. I see this as a cost cutting measure without regards to the customer experience. Had to go ask for drink refills. All of the guests were being put in the area of the restaurant where the A/C was not working. Makes a lot of sense to have all the cooking going on in that area. Temps were very uncomfortable. Same issue with A/C happened last year. Ownership needs to address these issues or they will be going out of business.

We absolutely loved our anniversary dinner at the melting pot! It was the most amazing restaurant experience I have had! I can’t wait to go back! We had the 4 course big night out with the romance package. The table was set up so nicely with beautiful rose petals on the table, tea light candles, and a vase of roses. We had a romantic champagne toast before dessert and the private booth in lovers lane was cute. We enjoyed the classic alpine cheese with the green apples, the salmon cooked in the mojo broth, and the strawberries dipped in Oreo marshmallow chocolate for dessert. The cocktails were fun and delicious as well! My fiancé enjoyed the love martini the most, I really liked the drunken turtle! Our waitress was so nice and helpful in explaining the process for my first visit! Highly recommended for anyone wanting a romantic date night with their partner!
