What an incredible experience all the way around! Our waiter was patient with our menu review and order. All of us ordered different dishes, and each one was delicious! Even our dessert and coffee were fantastic. We had over an hour and a half to take our time, savor our meals as well as our conversation. Thank you for a wonderful outing from soup to fair priced check!

Great place for a casual business meeting. We had 5 in our group, and we got a nice sized booth. Service was friendly and fast. Overall, a pleasant experience. Reservations are encouraged.

Our waitress was curt and offered little information re dishes. For example, I wanted to know about salad choices. She gave no information aside from what the menu said, didn’t suggest options so I finally told her to forget about any salad. No vegetables for me that night. Once our food arrived, Waitress took almost no interest or time asking if we needed anything. She was slow bringing our check to the point I couldn’t wait to get out of there. The food was delicious, which is the only part of this experience I enjoyed.

My husband and I enjoyed our experience at LaScala, the food and service were great, we loved the Ricotta board appetizer. My gnocchi was really good, was not over cooked which I typically find when I order at other restaurants. Would recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful lunch before the play at Walnut Street Theater. I had the Italian salad with meatball and ricotta. It was fabulous! The others at my table had paninis. The only complaint is that they were too large! Think about sharing!!

Not a bad place. Very upbeat atmosphere with a cool vibe. My pizza was undercooked and very doughy. The other meals were good but nothing spectacular. I would give this place another try but would opt for something other than the pizza. The drinks were good, but our server wasn't present enough for us to order another round.

Birthday Celebration! The staff and the food at LaScala’s were great, the absolute best. One of our friends was very late so we ordered her food anticipating she’d arrive by the time it was served, but she arrived well after so it was cold. The staff took her food to reheat but they made her a new serving and it was piping hot! The food was superb, EVERYTHING WE ATE, and the service was top notch. Thanks to the staff for making my friends birthday even better.

Great food and good service. My 2nd time dining at this restaurant. First was the University City location which I enjoyed better. But the Chesnut location was good as well.
