Consistent food and service always!! Matthew did a great job with our service and wine selection. My filet was a perfect medium rare and the brussel sprouts so tasty. Kudos to all. We love this restaurant 😁

Food was great! Our server Chris was very friendly and helpful. Three times my wife and I were interrupted by one of the "suites" asking ... " is everything ok?" When Chris came to see if we needed anything, she stood there until there was a logical pause in our conversation. This was not the case with the management "suites" ... they just interrupted us. Management should set the example ... in this case ... Chris, our waitress set the example. I mentioned this to Chris ... hope it helps that others aren't interrupted by management unnecessarily.

My wife & I both had ribeye steaks. They were delicious. My wife was celebrating her birthday, and everyone wished her a happy birthday. The service was outstanding. It always is outstanding.

every part of the meal was remarkably good. I have eaten here several times in the past, and it never disappoints. The steaks are always perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the lamb chops are the best I have ever head. Wait staff are professional and well trained, and genuinely work to make sure you are enjoying your meal. This is a great place for a business dinner.

Capital Grill is everything it purports to be. The staff is kind, the waiters helpful and efficient, and the chefs never fail to prepare whatever your selection is to perfection. I can’t afford to dine there often but whenever I do, it does not disappoint. I love the ambiance there and always look forward wearing something appropriate for the setting. I was disappointed to see a man at a neighboring table wearing a “work” shirt and cap. I’m sure he was trying to make a statement that showed he wanted to bring your restaurant down to his blue collar look rather than aqueous to your dress code of smart business. Going to Capital Grill is special; I am sorry you allowed him to make it common.

While understanding that Thanksgiving day is a very busy time, I made reservations 3 weeks in advance. We were skipped over multiple times while others were seated.. Although apologies were given, waiter was so talkative, other tables were also made to wait for service. I have been fortunate to go too many Capital Grills,, but would never return to this one. Great as usual. Thanksgiving day very busy but we had a short wait. For the first time ever I had to return my steak and the waiter quickly corrected the problem. This continues to be my go to place for steaks. Thanksgiving meals were superb as well. Turkey was moist and flavorful as expected.

Steak was ok. Sides were very cold. Creamed spinach was soggy and less than room temperature. Generally, really over priced, food quality poor. Waiter was excellent, the high spot of a miserable over priced food experience.

Steaks were cooked inconsistently through. Parts were well, medium, and rare. Not sure if the steaks were cooked cold or brought to room temp first or not. Ambiance and service were great.

The food was exceptional and Andrew our waiter was more than exception. The value was on point, and since we had proclaimed sweetheart date night, the extra dessert prepared by the chef was magnificent.
