   Great little restaurant! Design your own pasta dish had lots of possible food combinations and tasted great. Two for one Friday drinks and excellent service made it a very enjoyable experience. Will definitely go back!

   Appetizers were the only good thing, we had a party of 6 and everyone got a different pasta and no one enjoyed the pasta. Service wasn’t good.

   I loved the taste of the delicious pasta, I recommend it and we had food to take away the next day, the hot one and it had the same flavor as the day before, the pizza crust did not last nor did anything change, it seemed that I had just made it.

    We have been staying in the area for 4 weeks and ate at Macca’s 3 times. We tried different things each visit and it was all very good. We did have their caprese salad twice. Lasagna very good. Pizza very good. You are able to select your pasta type along with your sauce and it is served in a bowl.

    This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cozy but the staff is also really friendly. Food is pretty good, some italian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

    Pedimos una pasta Alfredo y una carbonara, ambas estaban sin sabor y un poco pasadas de cocción, lo único que estuvo mas o menos fue los rabiolis. Le comentamos al Mesero de nuestra desagradable experiencia, solo en contesto (enserio!). No lo recomiendo, me hubiera ahorrado ese dinero y una maruchan hubiese estado mejor

    We came here for Christmas Eve. The food was so delicious. So fresh and flavourful. We had Pear and goat cheese salad with honey mustard dressing and I could eat that every day! I had fusilli with carbonara sauce and chicken. The chunks of bacon were so good. The actual sauce needed a bit of pepper or something but I still enjoyed it. My husband had lasagna and it was really good. For desert we had ice cream and fruit (2 berries) in a churro basket and it was delish! With wine and beer, our bill was just over $50US. The service was great and the Christmas music was fun. We could easily have a conversation. I went with the intent of choosing from the Chef’s specials but the waiter told us that menu was old. Not disappointed, we’ll go there again.

    Great service. Outstanding food. Accepts reservations. The only complaint (minor) was that my wife didn’t care for the smoke of the wood fired grill from the neighboring restaurant.

    The food and service here is excellent. Salads are fresh and the dressing is delicious. Love being able to pick out my favorite pasta and sauce. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

    Food is amazing with great selection of pasta, good ambiance and detailed decorated, service however was poor, I had to find myself a table as there was no one to welcome me and wait for the waiter to notice me and deliver a menu asking “are you going to eat” really? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Then I had to tell that I had a reservation for 2 then he tells me “oh that’s inside” when I specifically booked an outside seating (which he never checked), he delivers menu and takes drinks order, drinks were delivered and placed in wrong order, he then delivers the food and place the food in wrong order again... he could have presented the drinks and food first and then we probably had to correct him but instead he just placed the drinks and food mumbling. We asked for extra bred that never came and never approached to check on table, instead we had to raise hands and look for him couple of times (there were only 2 tables that night) 😆 no recommendations were made from the menu, specialties nor dessert at the end. -The other table had to stand up and ask for the bill- Overall was good specially for the food and ambiance but I will think twice as I’d rather not to deal with service details that are basic for the type of restaurant.

    What a great little gem in San Jose Del Cabo. It’s on a pretty busy street and yet when you sit down at your table whether inside or out you wouldn’t even know that street is there. They have it beautifully surrounded by plants and decor. Cool art inside and comfortable seating. Last night was very windy so it was nice to have the option to sit inside. Service was great and the food is delicious. You can build your own pasta or pizza and make it as crazy eclectic as you’d like or keep it simple. I had the Grey Goose vodka sauce on fusilli. They don’t cook off the alcohol flavor so be prepared for a vodka punch! Personally for me, it’s a bit strong but I still order it all of the time. LoL. I will make one huge suggestion. Make sure you order their Macca salad with their secret dressing. It’s to die for! I can keep on writing but I’ll stop here and let you dine at Macca and write your own delicious review :)

    Al llegar nadie nos preguntó si contabamos con reservacion, lo cual me hace pensar que no revisan ni de broma su Opentable; a pesar de solo tener dos mesas ocupadas me parece que sería un buen gesto dar ese valor a un cliente que se toma la molestia en reservar una mesa. Nadie nos preguntó donde preferiamos sentarnos si dentro o fuera. El servicio es de lo peor que he vivido en mucho tiempo, apático, no conocen su menú, no escuchan las peticiones...es muy difícil confundir una copa de vino con una botella de vino, para colmo una vez que acepte mi botella de vino (después de recibir un mueca al negarme a recibir una sola copa) en lugar de servir primero a mi pareja (servicio de vino básico o educación que recibimos: las damas primero) intentaron servirne a mi primero. La cocina se pudo haber salvado un aderezo de la casa con una ensalada más que bien hecha...pero vamos confundir las pastas que tus clientes solicitan esto es malo, pero mandarlos así a la mesa es peor tal vez un mesero bien capacitado los pudo haber salvado pero no en este caso (de verdad me sentí en una mala novela o algo así) comentamos al mesero que las pastas estaban mal hechas a lo que literal solo contesto "Ahhh" torciendo la boca y se fue, dejándome con la boca abierta. Yo no sé si por se domingo a las 8:00 pm tuve este tipo o nivel de experiencia pero me preguntó donde está la supervisión, algún capitán, gerente o encargado que vele por este negocio que podría ser un éxito por su ubicación...que termina siendo más que nada una pésima y triste desilusión.

    MACCA Pasta Bar es mi favorito, me hacen sentir como en casa, la comida es deliciosa, los postres, las pastas, las pizzas, todo fresco y de la mejor calidad, una excelente selección de vinos y los cocteles fueron una gran sorpresa. Musica viva, gran ambiente, pet friendly, estacionamiento, muy muy recomendable. Ensalada MACCA es un platillo obligado con ese gran aderezo creación del Chef Jorge Errechin no se la pierdan.

    Reading other reviews about Macca, we were encouraged about going there. The server Angel was very nice. No issue there. However, the food and value were below average. Will not return. Value for price was not good. Fiorenza is much better value and taste.

    Nada contentas con la comida, el servicio si bueno, el mesero que nos atendió muy bien. Es inaceptable que los champiñones sean de lata, las aceitunas busquen otra marca porque están incomibles de la sal, el queso de cabra muy frio sobre la pasta. A dos de las 4 personas que ibamos nos cayó mal la comida. Espero que les sirva para mejorar. El precio muy muy alto para lo que es, yo he estado en muchisimos lugares y mi pasta con aceitunas y queso de cabra me salió mucho muy cara y nada buena.
