   If there’s a better restaurant in Vegas I haven’t found it. The food is exquisite, the service is attentive and impeccable, the sommelier clearly put in a lot of time and effort into curating the drink course. This is our second time going and I have to imagine we’ll want to come back every time the menu changes to experience the new plates as well as the tried and true favorites. They really take care of every detail and seem to enjoy that we loved the experience. Couldn’t have been better. Thank you to the team!

   Ended up having a solid third of the menu and completely at a loss as to which was my favorite bite. Octopus is a strong contender, but the white mole under the foie was divine, the sourdough perfect, and the tartare excellent. Drinks were lovely, service attentive. Even the parking was abundant.

   One of the best meals I have ever experienced. The pork secreto was unbelievably delicious. Will definitely go back whenever I’m in Vegas.

   As always, what a great experience. The food is always spectacular and the service first rate. Emily was so nice and very efficient. We had 3 guests with us who experienced Sparrow + Wolf for the first time and were incredibly impressed. Thank you Nick for remembering what wine I drank months ago and had a bottle waiting for me. We can’t wait to return.

   As usual, this restaurante delivered in all aspects. The food is delicious, creative and innovative. We enjoy that their menu is always being updated, as well as their drinks and wines selections. Service was attentive but not intrusive. We highly recommend this dining adventure.

   This restaurant truly exceeded all expectations. From the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the incredibly knowledgeable and attentive service, every detail made the evening special. I was especially blown away by the beef tartare. I was hesitant at first, but it completely changed my perspective—it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly executed. It opened me up to a whole new appreciation for this kind of dish. Every course was a dream, packed with extraordinary flavors that showcased real culinary artistry. This place is a true hidden gem in Las Vegas. Whether you're a local or just in town for a few days, don’t miss the chance to experience it.

   Not the best Mother’s Day Brunch, the oysters fell short due to being drowned in a sweet mignonette sauce, the sauce apart would have been better. The steak was chewy. The best items were the cocktails on the menu and the crab Benedict. The whole ambience did not feel very festive. This place is excellent for dinner though.

   We went for Mother’s Day brunch so they had a special menu. They offered some very interesting entrees, but it is very small food, not enough for a meal. We did enjoy all the flavors though. The all you can drink mimosas were definitely worth the money.  We’ll try them again for dinner sometime.

    Chef Brian draws from his own experiences and knowledge of many cultures to make a tasty menu that takes you around the world. Each dish is filled with multiple sometimes half a dozen inspirations and somehow it works…. For the most part. I am impressed with his use of ingredients and the mixture of them but in a few dishes it felt forced together. Overall we had a wonderful time and will go again to try the other dishes.
