Excellent service from David and entire staff. Lovely food and ambience. We had a wonderful evening with a lifetime friend!
Usually love Pacifica. Going on a free meal for Vets nights (lovely of them to honor our Vets), is NOISY!
Horrible server, manager claimed he had enough staff, but this waiter was awful!!! Of course, we'll be back, and get a different waiter!
We had a great evening at Pacifica. It was very busy but we were seated promptly at our time. Our server was excellent in suggesting wine for the meal. It was a special evening as the restaurant gave entrees to the vets for free( mine included as a Canadian vet) and wine at half price.
Despite all of the commotion we were not hurried and had an enjoyable evening. The staff were excellent and all ensured we were enjoying our meal. Have eaten here many times and will be back
We love this restaurant. The food is outstanding and the staff couldn't be friendlier. Great happy hour menu.
This restaurant continues to be one of our favorites - we could not ask for better service and also the respect they pay to the military and veterans. In the years we have gone to this restaurant we never once had a bad meal (or come close to it) and the servers are always very attentive.
Out of a 5 star restaurant we would rate this at least a 6!!
Great food and service, for years now they have recognized Vets, much appreciated.
How special to be honored as a Veteran. This is the second time Pacifica has hosted such an event. We commend them and thank them for their patriotism.
We love a Tuesday night here- go early for sunset dinner special and get 1/2 price wine. Terrific service...what more could you want!
Wonderful meal- 3 of us had the sea bass which is excellent. Eat was veteran's day so quite busy as Pacifica pays for the entree for vets, but service was unrushed, the food well prepared, and wine was half price. What more could one ask for.
The service was excellent. The dish my husband ordered "seafood stew'. was very disappointing. Very soupy, not much substance. Would not recommend nor order again. took way too long to come out of the kitchen. Our server keep saying "it was coming" Other tables were getting their orders and we keep waiting.
I tried the seared ahi for the first time, melt in my mouth excellent! Will certainly do it again.
Went to Pacifica's Veteran's Day Dinner (two for one) and it was one of the nicest Dinners I have ever been to, bar none! Requested in advance an outside table at 4PM (Sunset). We were seated immediately and from the beginning to the end it was a Special Evening! They are very popular and did not have to this, so it is even more special. By 4:30 the place was packed, but you would never know it as this is, in my opinion, the best run resturant in Palm Desert! Five stars to Dave Garvey, one of the hardest working Managers I have ever met. And Five Stars to Matt, an excellent waiter who make our evening even more special. Great conversations with other Veterans surrounding us. Never felt rushed despite the crowds. We always go here at least once a week during our stays.
Again, Thank You, for making this old Veteran and my wonderful wife feel very special and honored for our service to this great country!
They had a Veterans Day celebration and treated all veterans to a free meal. Everything about the evening was first class
Pacifica goes out of their way to please diners. Thanks especially for the Veterans Day Special Treatment!!
New waiter was very friendly and offered for my wife and me to sample wines by the glass. He did not deliver the check on a timely basis. My wife’s salmon was overcooked.White wines by the glass were fine but did not offer anything very special
A group of friends getting together. Large party of eight. Food was fine and service was as well. Good night.
Excellent food, cocktails and service. An exceptional place to dine. I highly recommend this restaurant.
The food was very good. We were disappointed with the service. We could not find our server or anyone to refill our glasses. Our server never came back to ask if our food was ok after it was delivered.
Loved our server! Knowledgable about the area and friendly.
Excellent food. Nice server. The manager came up to us and had a really nice conversation.
Great fish dishes. The wedge salad is really good. Ahi poke is tasty. $14 for a children’s dish is way too much.
Very reliable good quality food.
Another beautiful dinner out on the patio! We split a seafood platter, the calamari and a seafood stew, and loved all of them! The remodel is stunning, the food always delicious, and the service fantastic. You can really feel how much everyone cares about the customers. It's been very busy lately, so I'd definitely recommend reservations.
Try the new octopus it’s incredible! The ceviche and the bacon wrapped dates are also a must for appetizers!
Scallop appetizer was delicious but everything else was just yuk! Congealed soup, flavorless caesar, and on and on. Nothing was fresh or intersting.
My wife’s tuna entree was just average, accompanied by a couple of carrot slices and white rice. Too much sauce. Portion size was fine, just not that interesting for the price. My salmon was good, but again, but too pricey.
We have been going to Pacifica for several years and have yet not had a bad experience.
Food was excellent
The restaurant was nice but the food was mediocre at best.
Service okay. Waiter thought I said procesco but I said moscato. Okay though. My friend didn’t like her drink at all.
Service was great, food was tasty. A little pricey though.
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Our server was great! He allowed us to leisurely enjoy the evening without feeling rushed. He was knowledgeable on the menu and shared the feature of the evening with the table. The ambiance was fantastic and the food was delicious. Pacifica is one of my favorite restaurants and it never disappoints. A special thank you to Andy for ending our evening with 2 desserts. Our client loved the exceptional service the restaurant provided!
Fabulous lunch out on the patio. We all had (and loved) the Dungeness Crab Louie--so much delicious crab in this salad!!! Beautiful view, great service, great bottle of wine... just a perfect lunch before some shopping around El Paseo. Don't miss it!
Always a favorite restaurant for us. We had the half order of Chilean Sea Bass....just delicious!
Dave, Greg, and Andy were very hospitable. We love Pacifica!
fantastic food and service. beet and arugula salad and scallops were excellent. service was excellent. we dined outside and it was very pleasant. great place. prices reasonable considering the neighborhood.
Very nice! My husband ordered the seafood stew and was disappointed in his choice as it seemed to be more like a seafood soup.
My wife and I would classify Pacifica an excellent restaurant. We find it one of the best all around eateries
In the desert.
Great place to have dinner especially if weather permits, sit outside.
Evening started great with attentive servers. We finished our first round of cocktails and waters with our appetizer (the calamari was excellent). Our entrees arrived and we asked the server that delivered our food to send our original server over because we wanted to get another round of drinks to have with our meals. We didn’t see our waiter again until about 3/4 of the way through the meal so we didn’t get to enjoy our drinks (or even some more water) until our last few bites. All in all, it wasn’t a dealbreaker because the food and atmosphere is very good but it’s a simple thing that can improved on.
