It was restaurant week. Our server told us RED brought in staff from Indianapolis restaurant to help so people who were trying the restaurant for restaurant week would return. Food was very good! Service started out good but... no one cleared our appetizer plates...water was never refilled. .. iced tea was never refilled. ....dinner plates were not cleared....had to ask 3 times for the coffee we ordered for dessert. Service was not appropriate for an upscale steakhouse. So....even though they brought staff from other restaurants to have customers return.... I will not return. Poor service ruined our meal!

The food was absolutely amazing. Best filet mignon I've ever had, and I've had many! Went for restaurant week and portions were awesome. a lot of times for Restaurant Week restaurants cut down on the sides of the portion, but this restaurant was on point.

We had a great anniversary dinner at Red! The service was wonderful and the meal was delicious. Everything was timed out very well so we didn’t feel rushed but we were never waiting for anything either. My husband loved the oysters with the house made sauce and the donuts for dessert were very tasty!

Well...it is the stereotype of what every “modern” steakhouse is shooting for. Cold setting with little ambiance. Service is good and the steaks are solid. Good food, good service but the sharp lines and aluminum look of these very repeatable steak houses are getting very stale.

We selected Red for our wedding anniversary. The service was absolutely exceptional. Our waitress was one of the most pleasant we have ever encountered. We enjoyed our appetizers, steaks, and sides. The desserts were phenomenal and they gave us an extra one of their signature donuts for our anniversary. The donuts are simply to die for, you must try them.

I was underwhelmed by Red. The service was lacking.. a member of my group ordered the onion soup it was delivered without a spoon it took almost 10 minutes to find someone to get him a spoon. The food presentation wasn’t exciting a large white plate with filet broccoli and mashed potatoes on it .. no garnishes or creativity. While the piece of filet I received was an excellent cut I had ordered rare and it came out medium well.

Food was just okay. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was served medium well. I sent it back (as I could see many other diners did as well) and it was re-served at med rare. Our server never asked us if we wanted drinks before dinner. She had a big wad of gum in her mouth and her chewing on it made it difficult to understand her. She didn't seem to have much of a knowledge of the menu items when we had questions.

We decided to try Red for restaurant week. It was our first time at the restaurant It was very busy for a Tuesday night. Our waitress explained the specials and made recommendations, that was very helpful. We started out with the specialty salad, which was excellent. I had the filet with blue cheese and the mac and cheese. The steak was done the way I like it and was one of the best I have ever had. The mac and cheese was to die for. This is one of my favorite things and it was enough for me to share and have some to take home. We decided on the trio for dessert. Our favorite was the donuts!!! Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

Most of the food was very good. The Mac and Cheese and Truffle Mashed potatoes left a lot to be desired. To call them signature sides and charge extra is a stretch. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Overall the food was good, but the service was very slow despite the restaurant being only 1/3 full.

While we really loved our time at Red, it wasn't like I feel the need to go back. The steak was great, but we splurged and got the 4 oz Wagu, and the last two bites were complete fat. If I do go back, I will get my tried and true sirloin. The salad and the sides were amazing! The wine was amazing. Dessert menu is lacking. Our server was fantastic. Everyone we encountered at Red was superb.

Very frustrating business lunch experience. The restaurant was only half full and we waited over an hour for a salad and sandwich. When our food arrived, it was not how we had ordered it. Waiter was unkept and did not check back during the long wait. Clearly there is some issue in the kitchen of Red. I have been there for lunch a number of times and the service, food quality and timeliness is inconsistent to say the least. Hostess staff is always friendly.

Our (main) server was nice enough. They team serve so multiple people were close by if we needed anything. The ambiance was what you would expect when you go to a steakhouse. Simple yet sleek & Modern. Cocktails were average but wine list was extensive. Don’t count on your server to know much about any of the wines though. The food, why you go to a steakhouse in the first place was sub par at best. Mussels app was cold, the sauce was warm but the mussels were cold and the sauce itself was nothing to write home about. They did comp the app. Salad course; Caesar and wedge were fresh greens but the bacon on the wedge was chewy and adding nothing to the salad. Main course lobster pasta was essentially the same sauce that was on the mussels, and the pasta was lost in the amount of sauce on the plate. WAY over sauced. The 14 oz. strip steak was cooked to proper temp. but the 2 al la carte sauces we tried were mediocre. The best thing on our table was the truffle whipped potatoes. And they weren’t worth the almost $300 tab. Save your money.

The steak was excellent, though I ordered mine medium rare, it was cooked a little beyond. The ambiance was normal. The servers were very helpful and attentive. They did not carry draft beer. The wine selection was good, but very pricey.
