    the music selection was challenging … hard rock and loud. not conducive to a nice dining experience: would not return to the Mickey Mantels side of the restaurant … perhaps the Kirbys side was different but wasn’t an option at tome of booking.

    Great experience! Book your reservation through open table though. They won't answer the phone at the restuarant.

    Kirby's is always a great place to celebrate a special event. We were celebrating our 41st anniversary. The service was outstanding and the food phenomenal. We love this place.

    Kirby’s at Winstar this past Sunday evening was fantastic! The food was excellent, and our server was very attentive to our needs while we dined. My Wife and I certainly plan to revisit this restaurant in a couple weeks.

    "Kirby’s Prime Steakhouse offers a cozy atmosphere with soft lighting and comfortable seating. The service was excellent, with our server being knowledgeable about the menu and attentive to our needs. The food was beautifully presented, especially the Sea Bass, which was cooked to perfection. While the prices were a bit on the higher side, the quality of the food and service made it worthwhile. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or a romantic dinner."

    Two of the 3 rib/eye steaks unfortunately were not good…tough and chewy. We should have sent them back!
