   We spend all our special occasions here now. The service is excellent along with the food.

   Our server, Jared was super knowledgeable and walked us through the medium as it was our first time in. We came to celebrate my husbands birthday. We did the Japanese Board with the 4 different cuts of meat. The Wagyu was a little fattier than what we thought as it was an expensive cut of meat. We mentioned the shrimp were hard and rubbery and he quickly told the chef and made it right. It was a great experience overall, just expected higher quality on the steaks. We did the lobster Mac and cheese…. Do yourself a favor and try it! YUM! And the lobster risotto which was also fantastic! We will definitely come give it a shot again!

   We had 3 in our party, so not like we had a large # of guests. We were there over an hour and all we had were our drinks, which took about 45 minutes. After our drinks were delivered, We were told our fresh bread would be out in 3 minutes, we didn't get bread until after our appetizer, salad and literally just before our main entree. Food was great, delicious, but dinner took over 2 1/2 hours, and that was due to waiting for service, not us sitting and enjoying our dinner.

   The food was delicious! The filet was one of the best we’ve ever had, so we will be back Our server (Aaron C) was over the top obnoxious! He needs to just explain the menu and answer questions without the corny jokes. We heard him giving the same speech at every table!

   Had a wonderful dinner at Kirby's last night with my wife, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law. We received a warm greeting from Max, the manager on duty. Our server was B (we've had her before) and she was amazing. My wife and I also ate at the Mickey Mantle's bar the night before. The bar servers (the four Jessicas, Michelle, Drew, and others.) are just outstanding. Robin has put together a great team at the Winstar! Dave Miller

   Our dinner was not what we are accustomed to for a Kirby’s restaurant. We usually go to the Kirby’s in The Woodlands. The service was terrible and the food was not any better. We had to ask for tea twice, ice, sweetener for tea twice. Service very slow. Waiter was too busy to give us good service. My husband’s wedge had little dressing and bacon and was petty much lettuce with some blue cheese. Our lamb chops had no pink and tough. Waiter checked on our meal and offered to redo lamb but by that time we were almost done with rest of our dinner and been there a long time. It was a big disappointment which is a shame bc we were looking forward to a good dinner.

   The steak was tender and good. Just not as good as other steak houses for the price.

    What a horrible experience. My mother went there for her birthday and drove from many hours away. I booked this reservation in advance and I asked the restaurant multiple times to please do not forget about it’s my mothers birthday and it make her feel special with a little birthday surprise at the dinner. All restaurants do this! And the restaurant told me twice yes they will take care of it and not forget. My mom leaves dinner and the restaurant forgot it’s her birthday!!!!! And the meal was not good at all for the amount it cost for a birthday dinner that the restaurant totally forgot about what a disappointment I feel awful for my mother and this was such a terrible experience I do not recommend this restaurant whatsoever . I have messages from the restaurant saying yes they have it and they won’t forget! I want to speak to a manager.
