Food and service was excellent. Great place for a special occasion. They had birthday decorations on the table and dessert plate.

We absolutely love Metropolitan. Every time we go it is an absolute pleasure. The food is always amazing, the staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is fantastic! We will keep coming back!

Excellent dinner from start to finish. We enjoyed the crab cakes to start. Caesar salad was fresh and perfectly dressed. My husband enjoyed the steak special with chimmichurri and I had the fillet with mushrooms and Mac and cheese. Steaks were perfectly prepared! Sides also were properly done. Although we were completely full - we couldn’t miss the caramel ice cream along (which was indeed amazing with the cookie) and the special chocolate cake. We had unfortunately just ordered another glass of wine so didn’t get to enjoy the dessert wine selection. servers were exceptionally knowledgeable and all were very professional. One of the best dining experiences we have had in awhile and that includes metropolitan cities. Definitely the place to eat in Amarillo!!!

The staff was amazing. I was visiting Amarillo for work and this was my first time to the restaurant. The staff explained the story behind the restaurant and gave great advice on dining options. I settled on the Old Fashion, the wedge salad, and the wagu dinner special. Everything was amazing and I will dine here again when I am in town.

This was our first visit; and it was a fantastic! Food was excellent and the service was amazing! Crab cakes, sea bass, macaroni and cheese, and Brussel sprouts were fabulous! We highly recommend and we will be back for another great meal.

The choice of meat and fish was excellent. They offered a leg of of goose, which I had never had before. I like trying new entrees, and I was not disappointed. It was excellent!!

This was the best experience my husband and I have had with fine dining. Our waitress, Paige, was kind and very helpful with recommendations. We sampled many dishes and loved them all. Metropolitan is well worth the money and I will be returning.
