   Cocktail was fantastic. However, our server didn't seem knowledgeable about the sushi options, and overall the place seemed much, much louder than it should have been for the number of people there.

   Had the chef special - smoked hibachi, it was phenomenal!! Additionally, bartenders were very knowledgable, helpful and friendly!

   I have been to Liberty a dozen or so times. The cocktails are superb as is the sushi BUT the service is a joke. I've waited 30 minutes for one stinking drink. I made a reservation and then arrived to be told no such thing existed. I showed the manager my phone and still no table. I'm done! This is the third time I have had an experience like this at Liberty. Get it together people!

   Let's see how long this stays up ?! Wife and I were looking for a non-traditional Thanksgiving this year. Needless to say we had limited options being a holiday and making last minute reso's. Pleased to see Liberty pop up because who doesn't want hand crafted cocktails and sushi on thanks giving? Long story short we had a reservation at 2pm, took a car2go from our spot in Pioneer Square, and restaurant wasn't open. Not until 3pm anyway. Well to make things sweeter the car2go didn't stick around very long being 145pm on a holiday in Captial Hill, but that's not open tables problem. While there are a handful of solutions to avoid this kind of issue in the future that's not really the point. I felt like using an App based solely on hours of operation and available seating would have done their due diligence to ensure a sad party of two didn't end up with out their non traditional dinner. Double check your reso especially if you have a hot date and or wonder if this app is too good to be true. Oh and go to Liberty they are amazing, you won't be disappointed. Unless they are closed =)

   My husband and I have been to Liberty several times now for dinner and drinks. Although the sushi menu is relatively short, all of the rolls are spot on. We can't eat at Liberty without ordering at least two Hanoo rolls. They are so good! The liquor menu is very impressive, with a long list of a variety of whiskeys. Our favorite thing about Liberty, however, is the awesome staff. The bartenders and servers are incredibly friendly and funny, and most importantly they are knowledgeable and passionate about the liquors they serve. My husband and I have been able to try a variety of new drinks and whiskeys with the help of the Liberty staff. I highly recommend going to Liberty for your next date or meal with friends. It will not disappoint.

   We were in town for a conference and were looking for some sushi after some networking events. Liberty did not disappoint, from its inventive and tasty rolls, to its quality sushi, to amazing service, great ambience, and lovely drinks. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy sushi dinner or drinks.

    We went to this place based on prior Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed. We are not normally sushi eaters, especially my husband, but it was great. They were very helpful in selecting things they thought we would enjoy. The service was over the top. We had no less than a half dozen people waiting on us at various times during our visit. We stopped backed the following night for drinks after dinner somewhere else and had a great time, trying out some of their unique drinks.

    I felt a little out of place, not being regular. They my put up with the slow service, but I wasn't in the mood for it. Luckily I sat next to a table with friendly people who kept me occupied. There are better places to go to in the area.
