Tipsy Cow is a contemporary American restaurant and bar. The restaurant is self-described as being an "eclectic urban eating house" with a deep and interesting beer list as well as a large selection of craft cocktails utilizing all manner of spirits. While the majority of the menu here is made up of fresh Californian cuisine like tarragon deviled eggs, short rib poutine and blue crab dip, the menu's centerpiece is definitely the burgers.

Tipsy Cow takes particular pride in its beef, which is free-range, all-natural and raised with no hormones or antibiotics. Of course, if diners aren't in the mood for beef there are turkey, chicken and even salmon patties available as well. There's a wide variety of flavors on Tipsy Cow's menu, from the shortrib cheesesteak with sautéd onions, mushrooms, provolone and garlic aioli to the buffalo blue haystack topped with fries, blue cheese béchemel sauce and garlic buffalo

Food was very good. Service definitely lacking. Waiter took our order and we barely saw him after that. Halfway through the meal he left for the day. Sat there for awhile before finally going to the bar to ask for our check. Bartender took a round of drinks off our check which was nice but because of our waiter I think i’ll pass on returning

The only, only complaint I have about this place is the service. I'm going to go ahead and assume it's due to less staff as stipulated by the health dept., which I can forgive. Food and drinks were excellent! We were seated for about 10min+ before anyone came to take our drink order. My friend ordered bottomless mimosas and on a couple of her refills the server forgot the juice entirely and then was no where to be found (not the worst, but also not what she ordered). And the same once we finished, took a while for them to clean up the table and bring us the bill (we had to flag down the server). Also, our server never actually checked up on us or anything. The bartender was much more attentive and thank goodness for her!

Our orders took a long time to arrive and of course it was cold. The cook also added extra ingredients that were not listed on the menu. The waiter was inattentive and didn't smile at all.
