We made reservations and indicated my son had food allergies. Our waiter was not very helpful or accommodating, he refused to even check with the kitchen. I felt like we weren’t safe. Against my better judgment we stayed, all was fine but it was still not the greatest experience. The restaurant itself was clean and the dishes were nice.

If you are in vegas and have an option to eat at Panda Express, please select that than dining at this restaurant. The restaurant looks amazing but the staff is unwelcoming, comes across as unfriendly…our server Chi Fai was the worst server I have ever had. With him, I even hesitated asking for water…I dont expect top notch service but decent..but Chi Fai is not suited for this job. Avoid this restaurant…food is decent but the staff will make you run away

The food is tasty, but the Kung Pao Chicken was not very spicy. We were there at the end of their operating day and I guess they were anxious to close. They were overly aggressive in removing plates from the table, often starting to remove when we weren’t finished. It has the atmosphere of a fast food restaurant dining room, but with much higher prices.

The food was good, a bit overpriced for regular Chinese food. The waiter was rude, and come across a bit prejudice toward my wife and I. Ultimately the serve is garbage, food is decent.

From the moment we sat down we felt rushed waiter hanging right behind us. Restaurant was only half full so we didn’t see what the problem was. Food came out dish at a time even the rice was delivered separately. Food was average which made the price for it inflated on top of high price. After our meal was cleaned up the check was delivered not a mention of coffee or dessert. I don’t know why a hotel like the palazzo would have such a subpar restaurant on the casino floor. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

We ordered beef pho, shrimp Lo mein and honey walnut shrimp. Note to self: never order pho from a non-Vietnamese restaurant no matter how good the menu sounds. Bland broth. Honey walnut shrimp was average like every other Chinese restaurant. Lo mein was actually tasty but had no veggies in it. I asked for no bean sprouts since the waiter said that it came in it. The Lo mein came stir fried with a little beans sprouts, a little yellow onions and no other veggies. That was interesting since everywhere that I’ve had Lo mein, it comes with some sort of green veggies or even cabbage. Cost of food was reasonable for a casino restaurant. Services was decent. We were there on a early Saturday evening and it wasn’t busy. Maybe that should have been an indication. This wouldn’t be my first pick for a Chinese restaurant for next time.

We were in a hurry as we had a show to go to. We advised the waiter and selected our food, I had a Singapore noodle dish and my wife had Pad Tai. The meals arrived quickly and were delicious. The waiter asked if he could bring the check as we were in a hurry. I could not have asked for better service and a very good quick meal. Would return if ever I go back to Vegas because I would love to sample their menu.

We had a 9:30pm reservation, but when we got there, we were told the kitchen is closing in 10 mins and we could order takeout, we left. Too bad because I was looking forward try the restaurant and getting the whole experience.

So good that we came back twice, on a 3 day vacay! We even canceled our last day dinner reservation at Ferraro’s to experience Hong Kong Cafe again. Excellent service, food and prices!
