It was our first time. Parking was easy and a nice treat to get a voucher! Allison took her time with us. Great explanations. Very friendly. The food was fantastic. We enjoyed everything we ate. Wonderful first experience. We will be back.

Service was terrific. Scallops and risotto were perfectly cooked. Drinks mixed beautifully and the chicken carbonara tasted perfect. They should offer fresh grated Parmesan instead of a small soufflé cup of pre-shredded. Dessert menu was well worn and dirty and shouldn’t have been presented after such an elegant experience prior to that. Otherwise, a perfect score. I will go back.

First time dining here. Our server Allison was amazing. She spent time at our table explaining the menu and recommending her favorite dishes. While also the bartender, she did continue to check in on our dining experience. We enjoyed this restaurant and our experience. We will be back.

We came here for our anniversary and it was an excellent choice. The food was outstanding! The atmosphere is a little art deco a little art Nouveau. The park outside is beautiful. All around excellent.

Great food, location and vibe, however the service was well below expectations for a nice restaurant. The waitress was very nice, but did not know the special, drinks were slow to be refilled, the small amount of bread was served after asking for it, and we were never asked if we wanted more. With that said, the food quality was exceptional which is why I gave it an outstanding review.

We had dinner right before attending a Panthers football game. The restaurant is ideally situated, walking distance from the stadium. We shared all items and the restaurant served us on our own plates. Everything was delicious- duck spring rolls, kale salad and grilled Emu. Definitely will be back to enjoy the ambiance and great service

Service was okay. It appeared the server was new so I always give the benefit of the doubt there. However my dish of shrimp and grits had very little grits when I suggested they bring me a side of grits they told me it would be $5 definitely seemed like the chef took issue with that.

We came at 6:15pm--plenty of time before the 8pm show. I requested salads before the entrees but everything came at once. I believe restaurant was short staffed and the waiter was new. Food was amazing though.

Our table ordered a variety of items from the regular menu and Queens Feast. Each main course was terrible. Lamb, fish and steak was tasteless. Risotto had no flavor. I’ve eaten at Bernardin’s many times and food has always been excellent. Don’t know what happened this time. Our waitress was fabulous, very attentive.

Was not impressed by the restaurant week menu. The salad was mediocre and the chicken was tasteless and tough. Also the bread was overcooked and bland. The place sounded like an echo chamber when entering and could barely hear myself think. The service was way below par for the price we paid and it took over 5 minutes to be greeted. Sadly we will not be back.
