   Had better. Steaks had to send one back was very very rare came back pretty much the same didnt send it back again but should have. Other steak a lot of fat. Had a side of fries (frozen crinkle cut) Just not what you would expect. Very disappointed.

   Amazing service. Everything was delicious except- I was a bit disappointed with Steak. First I ordered medium Rare it was cooked to medium but that’s fine- I eat it like that too. But this was suppose to be a prime piece of meat- it was tough to cut and to chew and had several pieces of grizzle and unchewable pieces. I have prime meat at my house and buy it- this was not prime…. I’ll definitely go back- but I will not be getting steak. Everything else was delicious. Service was spot on.

    Dining started off great, servers were very attentive. Wife got a salad which came with a small black bug crawling on the cheese. At this time we were enjoying ourselves so didn’t want to spoil the moment. Then seems like all attention went to a big party in a private room because it took us a little over an hour to get our entree’s. Got a filet medium which came out barely warm and very well done. Was so dry you couldn’t have squeezed an once of juice out of it. All and all took us 3 hours to get all three courses. Was my fault for not saying anything because we were trying to have a special evening and didn’t want any negativity so we sucked it up and kept enjoying the evening. They did comp up $12.00 off ticket because they took so long.

    Great food. In the casino. Fine dining. Steak tasted wonderful and the things they bring out to you to the salt, to the butter, to the rosemary was all a nice touch. Drinks were great as well. Wine there as well. Good calamari.

    We had a very elegant, late-Valentine's Day dinner. The calamari and caviar appetizers were outstanding, and my husband's trout special was delicious, just like all of his previous fish entrees. He thinks that PY Steakhouse has and cooks the best fish in Tucson: always fresh and moist, with luscious sauces. My chocolate souffle was hot, with a contrasting cold ice cream, and their decaf coffee was, as usual, the best (it was actually an Americano). This is our favorite special-occasion restaurant.

    Overall everything was okay …. Just frustrating in that I left most of the crab in the legs as I wasn’t given the correct fork/utensil. I should have been provided something long and narrow.

    We had an enjoyable experience as usual. I should have been honest when asked but I found the crab cakes unappetizing. I'd swear I tasted bits of potato and it was very off-putting. I expected to pay more for the king crab legs but not $150 per pound. I usually leave a 50% tip but because of that I could only leave 30%. My overall experience was great. I'll be back.

    The chef decided they didn’t want to offer the five course menu item with wine pairings. That was a driving factor to dine at this location. We could have gone to Longhorn Steak House and had better cuts of meat with better flavor. Really disappointed in both food and service.

    I had a great dinner. It was amazing the meat was great. Service wonderful. The calamari is what we started with them a steak the sides you have to pay for separately which was okay it was enough for 2 but they didn't taste great the whipped mash pots and the asparagus. But all in all a good time.

    The very best Steak House in the Casino and Area. Chief Ryan is the most accommodating Chief, when we want something special he also invites us to call him and will try to accommodate us and usually finds a way to make us very happy. We love the PY. Thank you Chief Ryan.

    For the 5-course prix fixe, some hits and some misses. Amuse-bouche: very good Bread service : good First course oyster , calamari , jumbo shrimp : Very good Second course salad - portion too big , unusual composition not for everyone Third course diver scallops with black caviar garnish : very good Fourth course : the huge T-bone steak was a miss. The meat quality wasn’t the best and there was just too much. A giant doggy bag was the result. It would be much better to serve here a 4 oz prime filet mignon and limit portion sizes while focusing on quality. Final course dessert 3 varieties of gelato - good but one of the flavors was very tart , would be better here to do a NY cheesecake for example

    Victor and Michael our waiters were outstanding!! the food was very good, came out hot and portions were very big. We celebrated our anniversary and they treated to a very dessert. We picked the chocolate souffle and it was delicious. Thank you all that made our night very special.

    Previously this was one of my favorite restaurants. I hadn't been there in 6 months. It definitely has gone down in food quality and service. So disappointing. Duck was very salty. Plates not cleared quickly. And it wasn't very busy. Also, noted some great servers were gone. Possibly new managers too. Not as wonderful as it used to be.

    The waiter was extremely attentive. The presentation of the food was outstanding and all the little extras they provide were the best we have ever had. We had the seafood tower for two, and it was delicious. Next time we will try the steak, but we definitely intend to return. Most fancy steakhouses in casinos are overpriced and the food is usually only adequate. This steakhouse was the best we've ever been to and well worth the price.

    Service started out ok, but my prime rib was not cooked well and the asparagus not good. The server never asked how our food was and never inquired about why we didn't eat much of it. For their prices, that should have happened.

    This was our first trip back after a 2 year absence due to Covid. The service was great as usual We 4 diners were disappointed in the menu selections. Gone were the lamb chops and other simple but tasty options. All four of us chose the halibut option and the fish was fairly dry. The black rice and faro (?) was not tasty. I chose to pass on the Swiss chard that accompanied this selection and opted for asparagus. Thick spears were difficult to cut. Best part of my meal was the butternut squash bisque. I also appreciated the complimentary dessert-- since this was my birthday. My suggestion is to continue to offer trendy items for the more adventurous diners but maintain the tried and true simply prepared entrees as well for those who don't.

    My husband and I are regulars on Tuesdays and always enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of your restaurant. The food is outstanding! Our server is usually Blanche. She and her assistant always do an excellent job as do all who are on staff for the day! PY is definitely our favorite place to go for a fine dinner!

    Did the 5 course “trust the chef” menu and every dish was exceptional and an amazing amount of food for the price. Servers, Blanche and Naomi, were also on top of everything all night. Highly recommend!
