It is always a little pricey, but part of that is for the service. The wait staff is responsible for setting up your cook pot on the table and melting the ingredients. Food is great. How can you go wrong with melted cheese and bread bites or dark chocolate with fruit and sweets for dipping? Our waitress, Erica, was amazing. She was genuinely friendly and paid attention to every detail. She seemed like a very happy person. Her demeanor made it the perfect night.

This is a nice switch up from the regular. A nice atmosphere, vibe and environment. Food was good. Meat was in small portions. I believe for the price there should've been larger portions. Spices and sauces were tasteful. Again, nice switch up. But not worth the $65 per person for every time

We celebrated our anniversary here and had amazing service, the manager was fantastic and went above and beyond!!! Military friendly, and had a vegetarian option. 10/10.

Excellent service. Automatic 20% tip added to party of 5. Fresh food served attractively, ready for our use. It was fun to prepare bites with our fondue sticks. Good interactive dining encourages discussion with dining partners. Food was darn yummy; we had the 4-course meal option: cheese fondue, salad, main course and dessert. Many options for main course. Located in happening area of Dallas in lower/lowest Greenville Avenue where there are a ton of bars, restaurants, and people-watching. Slightly older restaurant interior could use an update…or is part of its charm. Costly, but a splurge for special occasions. Nicely served by all waitstaff who helped clear plates, kept water glasses filled, produced to go box. Bartender brought by complimentary champagne for birthday person and all of those in our group. Get a discount coupon on Groupon. A positive, memorable dining experience.

They were out of 2 of the possible 4 salads and most of the items to dip were too large and needed to be more bite size. The food was sorta disappointing overall and as i have been before and was pleased with the options, my disappointment in the food isnt just due to unfamiliarity . The service was however spectacular as always, fondue really has the best waitstaff.

Loved the ambiance and area of the restaurant. Drinks were ordered were very good, took a few minutes to get them. The food was good and quality was great but the portions were quite lacking for the price.

We have visited this Simply Fondue location a few times over the years and it NEVER disappoints!! They were having an Easter special today and we were delighted to participate. We were met and seated by the friendly manager, who was incredibly accommodating and informative. Our server, Erica G was absolutely precious!!! She made our experience complete with her dazzling personality and wonderful menu recommendations!! I can’t say enough about this place and this staff. What a wonderful meal we had!!

Everything was great! Think about your entree/meat choices carefully, some are better than others, but all of the fondue was truly incredible! We had the French onion Swiss and the Midnight Dark Chocolate, it was delectable. And our server, Ava, was very knowledgeable and very kind!

What a great experience. A+ all around, with amazing food and the best service. The name is a bit misleading though. We thought it was a fondue only place, but you have the option to do a grill at your table instead of a pot. It should be called "Simply Fondue & Grill" haha. We will be back often!
