    We very much enjoyed dining at Ciera. The wait staff are super nice and extremely professional, and the food was expertly prepared and flavorful. Can't say enough good things about this restaurant. When in the Lake Tahoe area, be sure to dine there.

    From appetizers to dessert, everything was adequate. The black pepper ice cream was the best of the entire night service was very slow. Ambience is a casino. Food was pretty flavorless. Not sure I would go back not worth the price.

    Excellent customer service from front desk through dessert. Saul, our server, was terrific on all levels. Will be going back soon!

    This restaurant was the best I’ve eaten at in a long time. Shane and Ryan were the best bartenders I’ve had. Made excellent references on our food choices. Both went beyond what they were expected to do. Definitely worth going there. If you stay or even just stop in Lakr Tahoe you need to eat there.

    It is the best steakhouse in Tahoe, honoring the traditions of fine dining with all of the trimmings. We both had the Prix Fixe Menu on a Thursday evening. I highly recommend the escargot. The flaky crust is a sure winner. However, we were disappointed in the final presentation of their chocolate dipped strawberries at the end of the meal. While still delicious, putting them on a plate instead of the dry ice presentation was a letdown and, also, no anniversary surprise.

    The staff was friendly and attentive. Both my husband and I ordered the Pre Fixe menu $70. Our dinners were disappointing and not worth the money. Ciera has never had my first wine bottle selection of Chardonnay since Bally has taken over; in spite of advertising that very wine as the suggested pairing. We have been coming to Ciera for 17 years whenever we wanted a nice dinner and I am sorry to say I doubt we will return. It just isn’t as good as it used to be.

    One of our meals was made well, the other one had to be sent back twice and still was only average. We would not return.
