   1.Portions have shrunk considerably while prices have increased. Bummer. 2. The food quality isn't as good as it used to be. The chipolte salmon, one of our previous favorites, was almost too spicy to eat. The broccoli was supposed to be steamed but it was sparse and didn't seem cooked at all. 3. We got the small pizookies. What a disappointment they were. No longer are they presented in a tiny iron skillet with a handle but a flimsy tin dish. The dish kept sliding around while trying to eat it and you couldn't hold it because it was too hot. Kids could easily burn themselves. 4. The music was RIDICULOUSLY loud. They had on hard rock during a Mother's Day lunchtime. Hello??? We aren't teenagers. We had to ask twice to have the music turned down. We couldn't even have a conversation. Is the music that loud for the patrons or the young staff? Most adults don't like to scream at each other while they are eating. Please take note. 5. On the plus side, we had reservations and were seated on time. Our server was very sweet and did a good job.

   The server was very personable and engaging. Restaurant was clean and well organized. Inital drinks came out in acceptable time frame but second alcoholic drinks took a little too long although I do realize it was a busy Saturday crowd with many celebrating mother's Day

   We waited over an hour for our checks. We were a large party and had requested separate checks at ordering. Upon receiving our checks, we were charged for food we did not order. It took multiple managers to fix the issue. The food was very good however wait staff should not offer separate check if not trained properly.

   One meal came out well after all the others. Side dish for another person came out even later. Ordered drinks had to ask for them a second time. Waitress was rude and not friendly

   Overall experience was 10/10. We had some wings, a deep dish pizza and of course a pizookie! All very highly recommend. Staff was awesome. We had reservations for 7:30pm, arrived a touch early asked if we could sit at the bar and wait for our table instead they just sat us. Food was quick and no issues. Will be back when in the area!

    I made a reservation the day before for 630 requesting a booth, we did have to wait 15 minutes past the time of our seating request on the app. We had a very nice waitress. She kept apologizing because things were taking a bit longer. Our appetizers came first and our beers came about 10 minutes later should be the other way around, the food was very good. No complaints there, but the wait time was much too long. I give them the benefit of the doubt, because the restaurant did look busy, but it took quite a long time to be served.
