I have been here a number of times. Generally, things are good - food, service, ambiance, etc. This visit, things were off. Food was bland and service was slow and inconsistent. I hope it was an anomaly!

I went to Felice for a special occasion and the staff was enormously welcoming and attentive. The food was fabulous and the atmosphere was perfect for a celebration. Fantastic service, start to finish; we cannot wait to go back!

The decor and ambiance of the restaurant is fun and pleasant, with comfortable unusual cushion seating. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The brunch atmosphere was conducive to talking with friends and the food was more than ample and delicious with pleasant and attentive staff.

Felice83 has gone completely downhill. Service scattered and not impressive at all. Linguini w/ clam sauce is terrible. Other pastas over salted and over-dressed. Much better Italian restaurants in the neighborhood - 831/2 right across the street is fabulous. Siena Cafe on 88th is good, too. Don't waste your money here unless you just want a drink and a few appetizers.

Ive never written a bad review of a restaurant, but since i was sent this survey form, felt i should. I have never had worse Cacio e pepe. It was just spaghetti drowned in peppered pasta water. The only cheese in it was the cheese the waiter brought over to sprinkle on. They obviously dont know what cacio is or how to make it. The restaurant was so dark, if we didn’t not have our phones we could never have read the menu. It was also very loud. However, the service was good.

This Italian restaurant is a fine neighborhood place - I've been there a number of times and can never understand why it is necessary to keep the music loud in the middle of the afternoon, when there are 3 couples there "of a certain age". The music is Spanish with a strong beat. They did lower it a bit on request - but just a tad. I don't go in the evening because it is just too crowded and noisy. I would recommend it to a friend but with some reservations...

Food was great, but the service did not match the menu. Somehow our entrees were forgotten—which we realized when our server offered dessert after appetizers. When the entrees did arrive, they brought me the wrong plate. I then waited another 6-8 minutes for the proper entree while my business associate had to begin staying without me. My biggest concern was that we never saw a manger or received a true apology for the error in service. Not cool. Better luck to others!

Always fabulous. the only nuance - sitting was a little tight and i asked for another table which would have provided more elbow room but was advised was reserved. No one sat @ that table for almost my entire meal which was disappointing.

My biggest issue with the place was that they claimed that the Restaurant Week menu was unavailable because it ended "yesterday" I am confident when I made the reservation it was within the Restaurant Week time frame. The food was ok but the service was nice.

We went for restaurant week and had a lovely meal. The only negative I could give is the service could of been better. After our appetizers, our dinner plates remained on the table 10 minutes after finished. The table was quite small & we had to flag down a bus boy to clear our plates

Always delicious and top notch from the host, service and food. Went for restaurant week and was surprised they served full portions off their menu. Not to mention fantastic wine. Favorite gem in the neighborhood. Make sure you book early cause they are pretty much full every evening.
