Usually a regular at this restaurant every time I'm in Vegas. The food was okay (nothing special) this time, but the group was still hungry after our meal. For the price (~$100 / person) it just wasn't the value it used to be. Will be trying other options on my next visit.

Great spot - however we were not aware of how expensive the restaurant was until we got there. The food is excellent but be prepared to drop at least $200 when going.

This is our favorite sushi spot in town. Not ridiculously priced and everything is delicious! Don't forget to finish your meal with their mochi. The best.

The sushi and other dishes were bland and mediocre at best. It's extremely expensive for the quality of the food. Anyone from a city with good sushi will be very disappointed.

Vegas has more restaurants than you can shake a stick at - yet year after year, Shibuya is always on my go-to list. I've been every year for the last several years, and always love it. Never a bad dish, great sake list, great atmosphere. The house sake is a great intro sake for those unsure, and at a great price to boot. The sushi-counter is also fun to sit at if you are alone or 2-3.

Even though the ambiance was good, the food felt more like what you could get at another Teppan for 1/3 the price. Dessert and appetizers were a delightful change. Some dietary restrictions left two in our party unable to eat or enjoy the experience even though it was informed beforehand. Overall at the end of the dinner needed to find another eatery to rejuvenate our taste buds.

Overall this meal has complete flexibility depending on your budget and appetite. It's nice to not be pigeon holed into a $100pp tab unlike many other strip restaurants. Their menu had many affordable sakes as well as reasonable sharing plates that allowed us to order a wide range of flavors and everyone (party of five) walked out stuffed. I would dine here again. Some favorites were the simple dishes. Shishito peppers and sashimi salad were must try's.

I just had Sashimi and one roll. The fish did not seem fresh, served too cold, and seemed tasteless. I've had much better Sashimi in places a 1/3 of the cost. Very expensive place, not a good value.

Shibuya is our favorite Vegas restaurant, no question. Food and service are top notch. A meal at Shibuya is the one event that is consistent between every one of our yearly Vegas trips.

Outside of Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo, where I have visited, this is the best Japanese restaurant anywhere. You must try the lobster/scallop dish. The sauce is exquisite. Usually Japanese restaurants do not serve desert. They have taking some traditional deserts and made them their own. The deserts are incredible. I would go just for desert and tea.

Arrived with a party of 5 guys for a bday dinner. We had planned on Hibachi dinner... upon arrival we we're notified that reservations through OpenTable were not allowed in the hibachi area. We were told that this is disclosed on open table but I went back and looked at my res and in very small print at the bottom "Please note: Shibuya Does not take online reservations for Teppanyaki (Habachi) tables." My fault for not seeing that but this note did not come until after the reservation was made. We went along with the standard table (no choice as the hibachi was not available for 3 hours) food was decent but very over priced and very small portions. We ended up with a $700 bill and we left starving and ended the night with IN-N-OUT

Food was excellently prepared, super fresh and tasty fish. Service was very very push to up sell....I was hosting a group of 8 so the tip was guaranteed and the staff grossly made every attemp to bulk the bill...I didn't mind paying $2,200 for dinner had it not been for the fact that I had to constantly on top of the padding activity and that outside of that service was sub-par for a place of that standing.

Shibuya boasted a unique menu with lots of terrific courses available, and since most everything was plated for sharing, we each got to sample lots of different tastes. The environment was very much a "hot spot" as tables were interspersed with beautiful streaming columns created a veiled sense of privacy without feeling enclosed. The food was truly excellent - especially the Japanese wagyu. The only downsides were that no tables were available until 8:30 (it was crowded, but the service was still very attentive), the wine list was average at best, and the meal was expensive - even for Las Vegas. I still very much recommend Shibya for a fun night out with friends or a date night - it was fun and completely delicious!!

I had dined here last year while attending the same trade show and once again had a great time. The sushi and rolls were outstanding. Can't wait until I return! Our waiter was great also! Keep up the great work.

Shibuya is a gem of a restaurant. I have had some of my best dining experiences there. This time we had our waiter Jeffrey chose a menu for our group of 6. It was amazing. The yellow tail sashimi and baked cod were some of the best fish I have ever had! We look forward to our next visit.

Shibuya is always a great choice for top quality Japanese dining. The sake selection is the best I've seen in Las Vegas. The fish is amazingly fresh and flavorful. Always a must go when in Las Vegas!

Service was very good. Food was good but certainly not exceptional and definitely overpriced for what was served. With the multitude of other sushi/sashimi choices in Las Vegas, I wonder why this place is able to get away with charging substantially more for food that isn't exceptional. Perhaps MGM and Signature guests are a captive audience. It wasn't bad, just not at all worth the price.

If you're planning on visiting Vegas, Shibuya is must. First off the service is immaculate. The appetizers, like the Tuna Sashimi, absolutely incredible and melts in your mouth. From the Wagyu Beef to the Scallops and Lobster, simply put amazing and life altering. Ending the meal with Moichi Ice Cream and coffee finishes off what will be one of the best meals of your life.
