   Excellent steaks, cooked where you can see them. Nice charred crust and perfectly medium rare. Baked potatoes come with a cups of butter, sour cream, chives, and BACON. Diners add as much or as little as they want. Excellent waiters and wait staff. We usually ask for Felix (his night off), but Chae was equally excellent. Ask for either for outstanding service. The salads that come with the entrees are so big, you have to remember the entree is still coming. Blue cheese dressing had lots of blue cheese crumbles. The buttery bread cubes are soooo tasty. Cocktails are ample and wine list by the glass or bottle won’t disappoint.

   You can't get any better than this place for a quiet romantic evening. And Richard and Javier are the best !! They made the evening just great!

   This is a true "Old School" Las Vegas Steakhouse. Everything was Perfect! Red Leather booths, dark wood decor, chandelier on the ceiling, excellent food, and attentive waiters. Bravo!

   When planning our Vegas trip, I decided I wanted to find an old-school Vegas steakhouse. After checking out a few on-line, I chose The Steakhouse. To be honest, walking in through the Circus Circus casino, which was really empty and rather tired-looking, I was beginning to think I'd made a mistake. But when we were escorted back to our table and heard Frank Sinatra on the sound system and saw the red naugahyde banquettes, the dark wood, the white tablecloths, and the tuxedoed waiters, I new we were in the right place. We weren't terribly impressed by the food and drinks (my husband had the rib eye and an old fashioned, I had crab cakes and a dirty martini), but the service and the ambience were perfect. I can't say I'd go back, but I appreciated it for what it was.

    This place never disappoints. The Zagat rating for 20 years doesn't lie. The food is amazing, the staff is amazing, and I was thrilled to spend my anniversary here... I could have spent it at ANY steakhouse on the Strip (for free).. and screw that .. the circus circus the steakhouse is the real deal. If you don't eat here... You don't know Vegas.
