As we approached our table my son picked up a dirty/used napkin that was left on the booth that had what I can only hope was food in it..the host quickly apologized and wiped the booth down again and we went and washed our hands immediately. Server was great friendly and quick the salad was great but the Philly sandwich was meh. The bread was to hard and just made for not a super enjoyable meal but it was good with flavor. The pizzokie was amazing as usual

BJs - Centennial is always a great spot. Chill & welcoming vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You Susan). Their Seared Ahi Tuna Salad is delicious.

We were looking forward to our visit to BJ’s to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday, as it has been one of our favorite restaurants for many years. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues with the service and food that impacted our experience. After a long wait, we received cold pizza and a burger that was undercooked. When my son took a bite of his BJ’s Smokehouse Burger blood ran down his arm, he was unpleasantly surprised and didn’t feel comfortable continuing to eat. I also ordered a chicken tortilla soup, but it didn’t arrive until we were having dessert, so I had to send it back. Additionally, we noticed a young waitress, who seemed new, came to our table multiple times looking for another table's orders and even took food from their table to bring it to ours. While we completely understand that she was likely still learning, we found her attitude during these mix-ups to be a bit concerning. This experience was not what we had hoped for, especially on such a special occasion. I hope this feedback can help improve service in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We went to BJ’s today to celebrate Mother’s Day. We were able to get a last minute reservation. Everything was great and our server was amazing. They even gave us a free glass with Happy Mother’s day and the year on it as a momento.

They were very busy yet our server was prompt, friendly and professional. Our food was delicious with excellent presentation. When this restaurant gets busy, the noise level gets very high, making it difficult to carry on conversations, and the price of the food has gotten high - what we had was not a $90 meal.

I and gave the reason celebration my birthday and mother day. The server didn’t even bother to read receipt give to him… there a print out ticket made a reservationthey are given from the host at the entrance. I got no courtesy desert, not a happy birthday at all. Also I had To ask it the wine cups were on sale at exit, where the host stands . She said your server should given you one or offer You one. Told her I didn’t get that either. Very disappointed. Don’t think I’ll I’ll go back. Food was blah….
