El nuevo establecimiento de la familia del Rosebud Restaurant ofrece una perspectiva innovadora sobre la cocina tradicional italiana por la que el Rosebud es famoso, todo ello en un ambiente rústico que evoca el Viejo Mundo en la campiña italiana. Rosebud - Deerfield propone el almuerzo y la cena 7 días a la semana con un menú de platillos que se centra en platos regionales e ingredientes frescos. Los comensales pueden comer en familia especialidades caseras, como los noodles cuadrados hechos a mano y la famosa ensalada de pescado, que incluye calamares, caracoles de mar, pulpo y gambas, todo muy fresco y aliñado con aceite de oliva, limón fresco, ajo y perejil. Bajo petición, los comensales con dietas especiales tienen a su disposición pastas integrales de bajo índice glucémico sin gluten. Rosebud-Deerfield is an upscale Italian restaurant that delivers superb food in a nice environment. Service has been excellent both times we've eaten there and the vibe is laid back and easy going. On our most recent visit, one of us had the tortellini, another had the fusilli arrabiata, and the third diner had the filet mignon. We've had the tortellini before and it is exquisite. The fusilli arrabiata was also excellent; the arrabiata sauce was moderately spicy--enough to make it interesting, not so much as to burn the roof off your mouth. We were most curious about the filet, since that's not usually a staple of an Italian restaurant. It was excellent--comparable to the servings of a nearby upscale steakhouse in terms of the cut itself and the medium-rare perfection of the preparation. The three of us shared a Mediterranean salad and had enough left for a go-bag. The portions are hearty, and if you love pasta, this is about as good as it gets.

After having a miserable waiter experience last July for our Anniversary...we gave Rosebud another chance with friends, under one condition...that the older gentleman waiter NOT wait on us! We were given Stephanie who was 199% lovely. Food was great even though tables are extremely close together. It's hard to give a restaurant another chance...but we did. It all depends on the server..this time the experience was so much better

It appears that Rare gems are becoming a normal occurrence at Rosebud Deerfield! The Brick chicken was spectacular! Cooked and seasoned perfectly! Broccolini was delish too. Sautéed in a light olive oil with perfect texture! So definitely eat your greens and enjoy. The chicken had the perfect sautéed crust on the bottom and top of the dish. The chefs have to be really attentive to create a moist chicken with all this flavor locked in. If Rosebud taught a class for this dish! I would gladly give up both my ex wives to attend!

My wife and I came in for dinner had a drink spit a wedge salad and split the special sea bass. Another delicious meal. Good service our local Italian go to.

Initially a little confusion when a pop-up rain storm forced all outside diners inside. Our reservation could not be honored immediately but we sat the bar and they comped us our first drink. Decided to eat at the bar, service was very good and food was excellent. Very nice dining room with light colored walls and lots of windows. We will go back soon.
