   They were able to seat us fairly quickly on a busy evening, which was nice. Waitress was good. They did bring a coloring sheet for my child and then shared they were out of colors, they offered a pen but then made a big deal of giving it back which is fine but made my child worried. They were out of multiple things including pizza for the kids and the steak salads weren’t drenched in dressing it was like lettuce floating in it and honestly terrible. Really has gone down hill in quality. Will not be returning to this location.

   This was our second visit to Twigs. It was a lesser experience than the first time but, it was Mother's Day, and the place was slammed. Our issues were on our orders being correct, which were quickly rectified. The Orange Chicken Salad could have had a bit more chicken (one person in our foursome ordered it) and I expected more truffle flavor from the truffle penne pasta dish. I honestly couldn't tell it had truffle. The salmon and ribeye dishes were good, as expected. We would visit this restaurant again.

   The food was mediocre. Not hot, out of the box type stuff. The chocolate fountain was disappointing.

   We have been many times over the years, but the chef was a bit off today. I had the steak salad and for 23$ there was very little little overdone steak..6 small cubes. My husband had the French dip, which is usually fabulous, and was just so so Staff was great

   My partner and I are both vegan and love the other Twigs locations. However, every time we’ve been to this location, something is inconsistent about the food. My partners pasta was in a flavorless soup and my dish was completely soaked in salt and sauce. It was so hard to eat and I’m not usually picky. I could make much better food at home for way cheaper.

   We visited the Twigs restaurant during Inland Restaurant Week and was able to select two outstanding three course meals that were not on the typical menu. Grant, our waiter, provided excellent customer service, and the background music was loud enough to drown out other conversations but still maintain a comfortable conversation. We will definitely visit this restaurant again in the near future.

    It took about an hour just for us to revive our cocktails. We had a group of 9. It was not super busy but the service was very slow. After we got drinks it took another 35 minutes to get our food. I love Twigs, but will not be returning to this location.
