    Decent modern steakhouse at prime location in Beverly Hills. Have been to this restaurant for a handful of times, although the menu has changed quite bite since the last time and overall it’s satisfying.

    This is one dinner I will never forget! The service was warm and friendly, and the food was excellent. The Japanese A-5 wagyu was the hands down favorite. I highly recommend the banana cream pie!b But the highlight was when Chef Wolfgang Puck himself approached our table for a little chat and happily obliged our request for a photo.

    The service and the food was impeccable! Our waitress Alicia was a champion of the menu and gave us the best recommendations. She was friendly and attentive the entire night. The food defied expectations. I ordered the Australian wagyu ribeye with spinach & Mac & cheese. For desert we ordered the offer pudding. The pudding had just been added the night before and had not been officially added to the menu. It was so good that we ordered another one.

    We felt rushed. Hardly looked at the menu; the waiter had his pen and paper out to take our order. We like to enjoy our food and not be rushed. One should be able to enjoy the appetizers without being rushed to pick an entree. But the steak was delicious. We love the onion rings when we attend the bar across the way, but this night they were oily and not the thin crisp ones that we usually get in the bar. It was quite noisy, but most restaurants are like that today. There are many places to go and eat and not feel like they want to turn over the table. We saw people that dressed up, but sad to see that people were let in who wore shorts! I would say go and try it out, but to be aware of being rushed.

    Great tasting food and generous servings- usually you get one or the other. Highly recommend this restaurant, go expecting to pay serious money, but if you're going in the first place, you probably are prepared for that anyway.

    Chef Pucks staff was amazing. No stone unturned. Steak was perfect and attention to detail was spot on. We were in town for the eagles game. I told chef and he got me some tissue looks like i didn't need them. But you've gotta have the banana pie

    Our server David was absolutely fantastic. He truly made the dinning experience that much better. He looked after us like a pro, made great suggestions, and was beyond friendly. He's a 5 star professional. The food was very delicious but I am honest it is over priced. Over $600 for two without a bottle of wine was a bit much but great service and delish food nonetheless.

    Food and wine choices were extensive and our choices were superb. The server staff could not have been more helpful and solicitous, without being supercilious. The double pork chops were large, succulent and prepared perfectly in a green plum sauce. Delicious and the large portion could have easily served 3 persons. Among their varied and all-delicious bread choices, clearly the best choice: the salted pretzel rolls. A must have. The standout of the evening was the Butter lettuce salad. Large enough to be an entree with the most delicious tarragon blue cheese vinaigrette dressing, the perfectly beautiful individual leaves of butter lettuce arranged like an opening flower rested atop just ripe avocado slices. Our first time at CUT but certainly not our last. PS> Make this a celebration destination as the price tag is most appropriate for a very special occasion.

    Our night was magical. The hotel is gorgeous. The “car show” in the driveway is impressive. The hostess at CUT with the red hair was so sweet to us when we arrived, and she helped us find the house car when we left. Our server, David, was the perfect guide to take us through the experience. We are really glad we followed his food and wine recommendations. He was spot on. Chef Drew’s tomato salad is to die for, with triple cream Brie cheese, and yuzu dressing. I’ll be dreaming about those flavors for a while. The Chef gifted us the Basque Cheesecake for our 10-year anniversary, and it was incredible. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable evening.

    Everything about our experience was perfect. Cesar took great care of us for the entirety of the evening. He was delightfully entertaining and knowledgeable. We had Chef Drew’s new tomato salad, and I highly recommend it! Steaks were amazing (wagyu ribeye). And try the Basque Cheesecake!

    Had always wanted to eat at Cut and the opportunity arose when we had a celebration there. The atmosphere was great, the service was amazing, and the food was superb! It was really a fun experience and a “cut” above most other steak restaurants!

    CUT is by far the best resturaunt I’ve visited in the US. I’ve been to 5 star locations all over the US and CUT manages to outshine them all. Their food selections, service and attention to detail allows the diner to experience everything at its absolute best. They’ve even managed to develop a superb list of mock tails for those of us that do not drink alcohol. Try tempting fate if you are looking for a mock tail that hits all the right notes. If you have any room left after enjoying the main meal, you must try the chocolate sufflè as it is absolutely divine with the espresso ice cream, fresh cream and chocolate sauce. A chocolate lovers dream.
