Excellent food and great service. We have lived in the area for 17 years and this was our first visit but won’t be our last. In fact, we’ll be going next month for my birthday celebration.

First time there and will definitely be back. They forgot the side but quickly bright it out and even comped it. The food quality was noticeable and you could tell it was super fresh and high quality. Overall we had a great time, highly recommend.

Best food my wife and I have ever eaten, portions were perfect! No complaints. The server brought out a crème brûlée after my wife stated she couldn’t have the cornbread due to her having celiac. Everyone we interacted with were very kind.

Definitely the best dinner I have had in Texas. The food was incredible, it was our wedding night and Melanie our waitress made it incredible. The entire staff was fantastic. The Texas Oysters were mouth melting and the Red fish was impeccable. The quail and bison was holy moly unbelievable. Thank you for making our wedding dinner something we will talk about for years and we will see Melanie again soon!

Sat in the bar- open seating. Had some classic favorites. Always a great experience. Love the crispy quail legs, Texas bruschetta, Elk Tacos. Special features are always delightful. Cocktails on point. Wonderful staff!!!!

What an amazing evening! Sheila, our server, was tremendous! She made us feel super welcome from the time we walked in the front door. The food was delicious and beautifully plated. We will be back every time we make it to Ft. Worth. Bravo to the team!

This was our first visit to Bonnell’s and it was a great experience!! I can’t say enough about the service. It was top notch. Our server, Sheila, was amazing. She genuinely cares about making everything perfect. She even took our picture as we were leaving. We had the Bison Filet and the red snapper. Both were delicious. Fantastic food, drink, ambiance, and impeccable service. We’ll be back!!

Amazing food & service! Oysters Texafeller are incredible! I had the Pecan crusted redfish it was delicious. I recommend the Plum Crazy cocktail or their old fashioned they are perfect! We took the last reservation of the night because of our schedules but in no way did we ever feel rushed actually the opposite they gave us all the time in the world to enjoy ourselves! We have tried many things on the menu all are unique and superior taste & quality! Can’t wait to go every-time

We love Bonnell’s! I had the Pecan Coated Redfish and it was excellent. My husband had the mixed grill. The quail was so tasty!! No cocktails this time but in the past their cocktails have been some of the best.

Each year we choose a few restaurants that are new to us and go during Restaurant Week. All the ones we have attended in the past, the restaurants have prepared menus showcasing their restaurants. It’s works because these are restaurants our family and friends continually go to. The first course wasn’t special at all, the second only the salmon and rice dish were really good, the dessert wasn’t good at all. No bread, crackers, condiments. When asked about the meal, I replied it was ok. The staff replied they hoped we try them again not on Restaurant Week. Not sure what that mean. We were there at 5 pm and it wasn’t that busy. Did she mean that they didn’t put out their best for Restaurant Week?

Ahhhh, the annual “Didn’t get enough value for charity” review. For Rest. Week, we create a reduced price menu and we donate a portion of each meal to Lena Pope, directly. It’s typically a 10k-12k donation for an outstanding cause. Our average dinner ticket is about $90. Your meal was $49, $10 of which was then donated. Sorry that lobster and caviar weren’t included. Some only arrive for the bargain, not the cause. Restaurants quit participating 100% because of this exact behavior from guests.
