Inspired by a CHIC AND DELICIOUS concept, Chef Sonia Arias creates each of her desserts with great passion, combining French and Viennese touches. They are handmade, using ingredients from small Mexican producers of the highest quality such as Papantla Vanilla, Oaxacan Chocolate, Chiapas Coffee, etc.
This collection changes according to the seasons of the year, highlighting the flavor and texture of each product according to fashion and style trends.
At the request of our customers, this year we decided to reinvent ourselves. We evolved to also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our breakfasts are a delicious mix between classic American dishes such as French Toast, Pancakes and Eggs Benedict and traditional Mexican dishes such as Chilaquiles Verdes and Huevos Ahogados. Our food menu is varied, healthy and delicious. We offer simple, yet elegant and sophisticated dishes such as our famous Foie Gras Ravioli.

Ha decaído mucho, las entradas insulsas, en especial el "ceviche de callo" no tenía ningún sabor, simplemente unos cuantos mini callos lavados sin ningún condimento ni sabor sobre una guarnición bonita pero pobre. Los platos fuertes aceptables, pero nunca a la altura de los precios que cobran. Y ya no dan las magdalenas recién hechas para el café después del postre...

Había ido a Jaso 2 o 3 veces para celebrar ocasiones especiales. Esta vez fue una tremenda decepción... Además de ser la ÚNICA mesa (desde que llegamos 8:30 hasta que nos fuimos 10:30, no llegó ni un sólo comensal más) nos dijeron que en la terraza había un evento que resultó ser inexistente. El capitán y el chico de la boutique de pan adyacente nos atendieron al principio con desgano, ya después con disposición. la comida tampoco es lo que era. El plato de quesos prometía frutos secos y nueces que se tradujeron en unas cuantas almendras tostadas. Los ravioles de buttersquash durisimos y el magret una porción mínima. El lomo bbq de pobre calidad. Terrible y triste experiencia, nunca me imaginé percibir que Jaso va en decadencia...
