   Went for a business meeting. Ordered the fried artichoke and three dips (hummus, egg plant, hummus) for appetizers. There seemed to be nothing different between the two hummuses. Artichokes were good but i don’t understand why they put the sauce at the bottom (just put on side or drizzle on top). I got the Cobb salad with a perfectly cooked salmon and my clients got the steak bowls. The entrees combined with the friendly staff gives this page 4/5 stars.

   Catalyst is our favorite go-to for special occasions, and last night we celebrated our 43rd anniversary. Catalyst never misses—from the friendly greeting, to the lovely seating, great food and wine, and great ambiance. Tables are spaced in such a way that one can carry on a conversation without difficulty, no matter how busy. And we’ve never had a bite there! We’ll be back!

   I remember wonderful family brunches in years past, so I jumped at the opportunity to return for Easter brunch. Catalyst does not disappoint. Still great food and service, a terrific bar, and the insanely popular Catalyst burger with all its decadence. The fanciful Easter decor took it to a whole new level of happy.

   Amazing Easter brunch! The food is incredible, friendly staff, awesome easter egg hunt for the kids.

   An amazing Easter brunch experience the whole family! The kids had a fun time with the Easter bunny and egg hunt and the food was all spectacular!

   Catalyst is consistently outstanding! So much of their food has an interesting little twist which is delightful. The celery root soup had little bits of diced apple which was a wonderful enhancement to the soup. The poached pears and crispy prosciutto were amazing in the little leaf salad - our fault for trying to be healthy and get the dressing on the side, which was a mistake. We really needed the salad tossed with the mustard vinaigrette. The bolognese is my favorite entree and I really appreciate that you can get a small pasta portion. Get the full portion if you want leftovers for the next day. My dining companion had the salmon with butternut squash, spinach, blood orange and a very interesting sauce that he absolutely loved. We got the chocolate semifreddo which was AMAZING - chocolate frozen mousse with raspberry mousse on top, just phenomenal. It was a huge portion, so perfect for sharing. Service was stellar as always and our server was so friendly. He was covering many tables but was super efficient and I could see everyone around us got really great, attentive service. The Catalyst team works very well together. One other observation is that the bathroom is always incredibly clean - might be strange to mention, but it's obvious that they send people in the bathroom to check frequently throughout the evening. It's those little details that let you know that nothing is missed or taken for granted in this restaurant. We love Catalyst and it's one of our go-to restaurants for so many things: a great place to take visiting friends and family, a place to celebrate, a place to lift our spirits after a rough week (like this past Friday night)!
