   We are hoping to find a quality place on Folly. We are still looking. The ideas are good and the execution is off.

   Restaurant was wonderful. We originally sat outside, but quickly got too chilly and dark so we moved inside and the waiter already had a place for us. outside yes we did get plastic cups, but I imagined it was in case they blue off from the wind. We also had some drinks at the bar and them breakfast buffet which was wonderful as well.

   We were so excited to find an ocean front upscale restaurant to dine at on our only night in Charleston for our anniversary. When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice hostess. We had requested a patio ocean view table; however, we were seated inside. That actually ended up being best because the noise level from the life band was high (which is to be expected) however, We did enjoy the music from inside. My husband ordered his favorite cocktail, an old fashioned, but received what looked and tasted like water with a "splash" of Whisky. They did take the cocktail back which was appreciated. We placed our food order with our waitress & waited over an hour. There were numerous empty tables all around us but we were told "the kitchen is just so slammed" when questioned on what was taking so long. I ordered my steak medium rare and received a well done steak, at this point I'm so hungry I didn't bother to complain. 😞 Our bill was well over $100 with tip. The portions were tiny. I doubt we will be back to this establishment. Which is unfortunate because it is in a beautiful spot on the beach.

   We had a table of 19 people, our waitress was great but she was spread WAY too thin among the other tables. Everything was S L O W and I will not blame that on her. You need more staff on the weekends. Also, the chairs are extremely uncomfortable, way too low for the table. The atmosphere is top notch and the band was good but as much as we paid for our party, we should have had a manager tend to us.

   Old friends getting together after 35 years and it was the perfect warm and friendly setting. The weather cooperated so we sat outside and enjoyed a wonderful view of the stars and the water. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food was DELICIOUS

   Menu items of crispy oysters and seafood saute were better at other Charleston area restaurants. The waitress was great and very helpful and attentive. The place has so so decor but the sunset was great.

   We had breakfast on the terrace. A plus is the proximity to the beach. However, I was missing the style. Food was served in plastic and paper cups, service was rather unfriendly. The bar and the inside of the restaurant were renovated.

    Best surf and turf I've had in a very long time! I wanted to lick my plate! The brownie dessert was just so so but enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. Great place with a great ocean view. Highly recommend!
