   We had a wonderful evening with our friends. The food and service could not have been better. They were so professional and allowed us to visit with our friends and did not rush us. Service was seamless A great restaurant!!

   I absolutely love and adore the dipping sauce which is brought to the table along with bread. I would come to this restaurant just for this dipping sauce … it’s spectacular. I ordered Prosecco and veal piccata which I have had before. It was quite good. It came with roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables. For dessert I got the tiramisu which was good. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We were not rushed. And all in all I definitely recommend this restaurant.

   Lovely small neighborhood gem. Very good food and lots of daily specials. $16 for a glass of no-name Pinot Grigio seemed a bit much but the food was very good with nice sized portions. The chocolate cake is a winner!

   My girlfriend and eat there 3-4 times a month. It's a lovely, romantic restaurant with excellent food and service. I particularly like the manner in which they have arranged the seating. There are no bad tables. It's small, very intimate and the service very professional and timely. Moreover, it is very fairly priced.

    Warm cozy local place quiet enough to enjoy conversation with fellow guests. The mussels first course was exceptional - you want to sop up every last bit of broth with the crusty bread. Veal Saltimbocca delish - very generous portion with crispy roasted potatoes and steamed vegetables. Highly recommend

    The Carlo's team was exception. For the first time I felt a family atmosphere. Carlos has been there 24 years and welcomes all. Food above expectation. Menu provides for all taste. Enjoy.

    This Italian bistro is a gem. Small, intimate and romantic setting in UES of NYC. The service led by Carlo is impeccable and seamless. My companion and myself have only had pasta dishes on three occasions but they were distinctive and mouth watering. It is also moderately priced for the value received. CGE44

    Good and service are quite good. Many specials offered which are recited by the server. Would be easier to have a menu insert. Cozy and friendly atmosphere but when the small room fills up, it is tough to have a conversation. Great neighborhood Italian restaurant.

    Wait staff is very nice and accommodating. Pasta is great as are the chicken and fish dishes. They don’t rush you and we had a lovely evening. This is the place we like to bring friends for a consistently good, well priced meal.

    I had a small dinner (no alcohol) and felt it was terribly overpriced. My meal was only lukewarm and our waiter was fairly uncooperative. I’d like to frequent this lovely neighborhood spot, but doubt I’ll be returning.

    Wonderful chicken livers , and Pansotti! Only suggestion is that red wine should be a little chilled in summertime ; the temperature is very important to the taste. I love this restaurant and it’s one of my favorite dining experiences in NYC!

    We love this neighborhood gem even though we moved away. It is still our favorite. Very child friendly. We dine here after a good afternoon in the playground in Central Park at 67th Street.

    Very nice neighborhood place. Good service and ambiance. Appetizers(fegatini)and dessert were very good. Unfortunately we had 4 veal dishes and the veal was tough and of poor quality. Will definitely go again but won’t order the veal

    Interesting menu with delicious food and good sized portions. Service was prompt and friendly but a bit rushed. Numerous specials recited by server. Would have preferred a separate insert to the menu to peruse. A good local gem when I’m in the area. The chocolate mousse cake is a real winner and the veal was tender.

    My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and the wait staff could not have been nicer. The food was excellent as well. Our waiter told us the restaurant has many regulars and I can see why that is the case. We will be back.
